The position of the Imperial Tax Collector has since always been crucial to the well-being of the Crystal Empire. Legal Basis, having secured it through the unorthodox means of mugging Princess Cadance, revolutionized the system of duties, tariffs and necessary extortion of funds through his experience in the field of brigandage.

Even during the romantically consumptive time like Hearts and Hooves Day, work continues as always and one cannot care one bit for the Cupid’s arrow.

... but what about a club?

Ever since Twilight blew back into Canterlot and insisted on becoming friends again, Moondancer’s life has been...better. Still not great, years of isolation can’t exactly be overturned overnight, but she is going outside more often at least.

One thing that is slow going, though, is getting her hygiene back under control. She had been doing the bare minimum for her mane and fur and unfortunately it was finally catching up to her…

That doesn’t mean she’s happy about getting a pity coupon. Moondancer is just going so she doesn't waste a gift. She doesn't really want to go. Honest.

Winona is the Apple Family's sheepdog puppy. They adopted her from a shelter after she was abandoned by her previous owners and left to fend for herself as a stray for a while. The dog has been displaying strange behaviour during the fall of night and after this odd behaviour pattern carries on for a few weeks, it's blatantly obvious something isn't quite right with her.

When the family grows concerned for their family pet, Applejack and her two siblings decide to take her along to Fluttershy's cottage in hopes that she can communicate with her and find some answers as to why she is acting so strangely. Unfortunately, what they find out turns out to be rather heartbreaking.

Princess Cadance, just like everypony else, needs some time of leisure from her many duties. While Shining Armor is taking care of their daughter, Cadance enjoys her lone trips to the nearby Nephrite Forest, where she can be away from all of her burdens and obligations for at least a short while.

She was simply destined to get mugged eventually, wasn’t she? Why not by somepony who takes his job very seriously.

Octavia never ceases to be impressed by her marefriend Vinyl, a dhampony who has too much time on her hoofs as it is thanks to her extended lifespan.
One thing Vinyl chose to spend her extended time on is her bottle cap collection, among other things.

There isn't enough mundane slice of life OctaScratch with dhampony/vampony Vinyl so I will provide.

The passage of time is so much more glacial, so much more painful, when a loved one is in danger and you know there's nothing you can do to change it.
