For those waiting for Chapter 25, I have good news and bad news. Good news: I at least have a plan for it.
After getting some feedback regarding Twilight just abruptly leaving the arena in Chapter 23, I decided to extend the exchange between her and Sunset. The outcome remains the same, but now Twilight tries to talk Sunset out of engaging the attackers due to her injuries, offering to fight in her place instead. This is just a minor edit.
Happy New Year, everypony! Hope you all enjoyed the holidays!

Oh, mate, I do have something nice planned for the following chapters that I hope you enjoy too, and thank you very much for the reply.
2149765 Heh, I was just looking for Trixie stories to read and happened to stumble across that one.
The description certainly managed to grab my attention. Wasn't even aware it was a David Bowie tribute until I read the Author's Note. I'm not too familiar with his work, I'm afraid. Same goes with Starman, I basically went into the story completely blind. The only non-MLP character I actually recognized was Solomon Grundy.
Didn't stop me from enjoying it, though. I saw in the comments that you've got more planned, and I'm eager to see what happens next!
Also, you're not the only one in a situation where an author you admire enjoys your work. The author of the very first MDW fic I read actually commented on my story last week, and he really enjoyed it.
Holy [censored]!
Okay, sorry, but I always lost it a little when a writer I admire likes my work and, to be honest, I wasn't expecting Starmare to have that much of attention to begin with.
Anyways, thank you very much for reading The Legacy of Starmare. As I always tell my readers, and following Bowie's spirit of listening the people's voice, please share your thoughts on it, as the reader's interpretation is stronger than the author's intention.
Have a double thumbs up.

Thanks for favoring Love's Mysterious Mare
Thanks for the favs!
1827626 No problem! I really liked the stories of yours that I've read so far (especially the MDW Files, being a huge MDW fan), and I just found a couple more that look really interesting (the "Daring Do becomes a Breezie" story was definitely an eye-catcher
). I've been occupied a lot lately, though, so it might take me a while to get to reading them. But in the meantime, I'm looking forward to seeing what other stories you come up with!
Oh, hey! Thanks for the watch, mate!
