Chapter 153: The Final Round
"And there you have it, after a long hard fought battle, the winner of the second semi-final duel is Lucky Star!" said Luna.
"Indeed and we now have our final round all set." informed Celestia.
Lucky Star was lying down on the field as she had her arms and legs spread out as she was letting out some breathes of exhaustion. Soon a shadow came over her as it was Fluttershy; she then extended her hand out to which the young girl accepted it and got to her feet. Both took looked at each other as Fluttershy gave the girl a smile.
"Congrats, you did it." said Fluttershy.
"Well, it wasn't easy." informed Lucky Star. "Your cute little animals, are not to underestimated."
"Now you have one thing left to do." Fluttershy then pointed at Isaac who was stilling watching the two of them.
"I understand." stated Lucky Star.
"Well, that is... if you can past this last obstacle." Fluttershy then gestured her head to which Lucky Star looked behind and saw Penny already on the dueling field. With that she left as she allowed both girls to take a nice long look at each other as they were just moments away from their showdown.
Both girls had made this far, out of the fourteen competitors that started this tournament, they were the final two combatants. Both girls knew what this meant, that one final duel would determine everything. Especially since they both were looking at the one individual who was really going to be interested in this duel. Penny and Lucky Star both stared at Isaac as this time the boy now stood up from his throne as he looked at the pair of girls. The rush of flurry and the memory of what he did to both of them when they tried to take him on, now came to their mind as it caused them to have serious look on their faces. With that the final battle was now upon them as only one of them would get to earn the right to challenge the champion.
Penny and Lucky Star then both nodded as they activated their duel disks as Penny had a black card tray while Lucky Star had an emerald color. Both girls the had the autoshuffler kick in as they took their positions and awaited the signal to start. Isaac then lifted his arm up.
"Let the final duel.... begin!!!!" shouted Isaac.
"Let's duel!!" shouted both girls as they drew their cards.
"Opponent detected. Streaming data. Duel mode set. Initiating. Commencing duel." said their duel disks.
Lucky Star's Life Points: 8000-
Penny's Life Points: 8000-
Turn 1: Penny
"I'll start things off, so watch out!" stated Penny as she drew her card. I kept my spoiler warning true, I said I was going to make it to the finals and I did just that. Now I have to win, so sorry Lucky. I respect you girlfriend, but I need that match with Isaac more than you do. "Since I don't have any monsters, I can special summon my Blackwing - Gust the Backblast(900/1400) in defense mode. Then I summon the tuner monster, Blackwing - Kochi the Daybreak(700/1500)!" Penny now had a pair of Blackwings on her field as she prepared to set her plan in motion. "You know what comes next, I tune my Level 4 Kochi the Daybreak with my Level 2 Gust the Backblast." Kochi the Daybreak then flew high into the air as it turned into four giant green rings as it circled around Gust the Backblast who flew into it. "I Synchro Summon, Blackwing Armed Wing(2300/1000)!" Out emerged a fierce looking monster as it wielded a gun that had a blade attached to the end of it.
"I'll then end my turn."
Turn 2: Lucky Star
"Then I'm up." said Lucky Star as she drew her card. "I'll start by activating my Terraforming spell card, now this allows me to add a field spell to my hand." Lucky Star's duel disk then ejected her card as she grabbed it and then slide it into the field spell card slot. "I activate my field spell, Harpie's Hunting Ground." The arena then changed so that it resembled a jungle of sorts as the girls found themselves in an opening as there was several birds flying about. "Next, I'll summon my Birdface(1600/1600) in defense mode. And thanks to my field spell, all of my Winged Beast-type monsters gain 200 attack and defense points. With that, I'll lay a facedown and end my turn."
Turn 3: Penny
"My draw, now since I control another 'Blackwing', I can special summon my Blackwing - Kris the Crack Dawn(1900/300)." Another bird appeared as it was carrying a small dagger in its left claw. "Now time to strike, I attack your monster with my Blackwing Armed Wing. My monster has a special ability, when it attacks it gains 500 attack points during the battle and since your monster is in defense mode, the difference in their points will come out of your life points!" stated Penny as her monster raised its guns and fired off some lasers that took out Lucky Star's monster as she took some damage.
Lucky Star's Life Points: 7000-
"Now my monster's effect activates, since my Birdface was destroyed in battle, I can 1 'Harpie Lady' from my deck to my hand." Lucky Star then selected the card she wanted as it ejected out for her to grab.
"Maybe, but now your defenseless. So that means I can attack you again with my Blackwing - Kris the Crack Down." stated Penny as her monster then soared over to Lucky Star and brought its weapon down on Lucky Star as she lost even some more points.
Lucky Star's Life Points: 5100-
"That's enough damage for now. So I end my turn."
Turn 4: Lucky Star
"My turn, and now I summon my Cyber Harpie Lady(1800/1300)." Out emerged a female bird women as she wore a metal suit that covered her body as she landed on the field. "Now the effect of my field spell activates, which grants my monster an extra 200 attack and defense points. But everytime I summon a 'Harpie Lady' or 'Harpie Lady Sisters', I can destroy one spell or trap card." stated Lucky Star.
"Then I'll equip my Cyber Harpie Lady with Cyber Shield to give her an extra 500 attack points. So now my Cyber Harpie Lady has a total of 2500 attack strength. So now my monster take out her Blackwing Armed Wing!" commanded Lucky Star. Her monster then soared high into the sky as she had her targets in its sights. She then swooped down as Penny's monster tried to fire back by shooting some lasers in the air to take down Cyber Harpie who just dodged the lasers. She then used her claws as she did a slash attack that took out her enemy as it resulted in an explosion.
Penny's Life Points: 7800-
"Next, I'll reveal my facedown, Alluring Mirror Split. With that I'll lay a facedown and end my turn."
Turn 5: Penny
"Then it's my move, and I'll summon the tuner monster, Blackwing - Steam the Cloak(800/1200) in defense mode." Out came another bird as it was surrounded by steam. "And now I tune my Level 4 Blackwing - Kris the Crack Dawn with my Level 3 Steam the Cloak." Steam the Cloak then flew high into the sky as it turned into three giant green rings as they all circled Kris the Crack Dawn who flew into them. "I Synchro Summon, Blackwing Armor Master(2500/1500)!" Penny new monster was a monster that had a huge wingspan as it looked to have a metal bodysuit.
"And now I attack your Cyber Harpie Lady with Blackwing Armor Master." said Penny as her monster then took off. Blackwing Armor Master then raised its fist as it looked to collide with Cyber Harpie Lady who also took off into the air as the two of them met in the middle. Both monsters were pushed back as they then collided once more, but this time Blackwing Armor Master put in more power behind his fist as his attack took out Cyber Harpie Lady.
"As you know, my monster has a unique ability, it that I don't take any battle damage when my monster battles and it can't be destroyed by battle. So since both of our monsters had the same attack points, my monster is the only one that remains on the field." stated Penny.
"Well, time for me to activate my own effect. My Alluring Mirror Split is still activate, and since you destroyed a 'Harpie Lady' monster by battle, I can now summon a different 'Harpie' monster from my deck, so rise up Harpie's Pet Dragon(2000/2500) in defense mode!" shouted Lucky Star as her monster now rose up and let out a roar as it stood in the way of her life points and Penny's monsters.
"Not bad, so I'll end my turn with a facedown."
Turn 6: Lucky Star
"My draw, and now I'll play another continuous spell card, Hysteric Sign. Now when I activate this card, I can add an 'Elegant Egotist' from my deck to my hand." Lucky Star's duel disk then slotted out the card for her to grab as she added it to her current hand. "Next, I'll summon my Harpie Harpist(1700/900)." Out emerged another harpie women as she was playing a harp. "Now not only does she get a 200 attack and defense power boost from my field spell, but since I summoned a 'Harpie Lady' monster, that means your facedown you set is destroyed." Soon a giant wind blew over the field, as it caused Penny to cover up as her facedown was gone.
"I had feeling you would do that, that's why I had this set. The card you just got rid of was my Blackwing - Boobytrap!" said Penny. "Now since this card was destroyed by a card effect, I get to draw a card. And since I control a 'Blackwing', I also get to deal you 1000 points of damage!" Now a barrage of feathers was now flying towards Lucky Star who put her arms up as her dress and hair were messed up a bit.
Lucky Star's Life Points: 4100-
Lucky Star then shook herself off as she kept on with the next part of her plan. "I'll now activate my monster's special ability, when she's normal summoned, I can target one Winged Beast-type monster other than my harpist and one monster you control. Then both of those cards are returned back to the hand."
"Wait, what?!" exclaimed Penny as her Blackwing Armor Master was now being surrounded in a white light.
"And since Blackwing Armor Master is a Synchro monster, that means it goes to the Extra Deck instead of your hand!" Soon both Harpie's Pet Dragon and Blackwing Armor Master both turned into white lights as they disappeared off the field. "And now that your monster is back in your Extra Deck, that means if you want to summon it then you have to synchro summon all over again." stated Lucky Star.
"Not bad, Luck." stated Penny as she gave Lucky Star a nickname.
"Thanks, so now I'll have my Harpie Harpist attack you directly!" commanded Lucky Star. Her monster then played her harp as she produced some music notes that were then sent flying towards Penny who covered up as they made contact with her.
Penny's Life Points: 5900-
"With that down, I'll end my turn."
Turn 7: Penny
"My turn, and thanks to you, I have no monsters on my field. So that means I can special summon my Blackwing - Gofu the Vague Shadow(0/0). And by doing so it allows me to also me to summon two 'Shadow' tokens(0/0) to my field in attack mode." Penny now had her monster appear as it was a tiny bird that had a shadowy aura surrounding it as it was soon accompanied by two smaller shadow tokens. "Now I tune my Level 5 Blackwing - Gofu the Vague Shadow with one of my Level 1 Shadow Tokens. And the best part is that Gofu allows me to Synchro Summon a monster from my graveyard. " Gofu the Vague Shadow then turned into five giant green rings as a shadow token flew into the rings as it circled it. "Come on back, I Synchro Summon, Blackwing Armed Wing!" Penny now had her monster appear as it came out of a portal as it pointed its weapon at Lucky Star.
"Now time to attack, Blackwing Armed Wing take out her Harpie Harpist!"
"I reveal my facedown, Mirror Wall! Now your monster's attack points are cut in half." Lucky Star then had a wall of crystal prisms appear as it shielded her monster as Blackwing Armed Wing had dug its weapon into the reflection of itself as it was now showing cracks along its body as its strength was now reduced 1150.
"My Blackwing!" said Penny as her monster was destroyed. "Thanks to the effect of my Gofu the Vague Shadow, since I used it to synchro summon a monster from my graveyard, instead of going to the grave, I can return that synchro monster back to my Extra Deck." Penny then had her duel disk eject her card as the Extra Deck compartment opened up as she slotted the card in.
Penny's Life Points: 5350-
"I'll then play my Cards of Black Feather, so I send my Blackwing - Boreas the Sharp to the graveyard so that I can draw 2 cards." Penny then slotted her card into the graveyard as she picked up some cards and looked at her options. "With that I'll set one card and end my turn."
Turn 8: Lucky Star
"My draw, so stand back. I summon my Phantom Gryphon(2000/0)." A half lion and half eagle monster emerged onto Lucky Star's field as it let out a cry. "Now Phantom Gryphon take out her token!" shouted Lucky Star. Her monster then soared high into the air as it looked to deliver a slash.
"I activate my facedown, Blade Shade! Now thanks to this, I can negate your attack to protect my token and avoid taking any damage." shouted Penny as her facedown flipped up and her card produced a shield that began to spin really fast as it was repelling the attack by Harpie Harpist as she was pushed back.
"Too bad it only stops one attack. Now Harpie Harpist take out her Shadow token." demanded Lucky Star as her other monster managed to take out the token and Penny's Blade Shade.
Penny's Life Points: 3650-
"I'll then end my turn."
Turn 9: Penny
"My draw, just what I needed. I now play Blackwing - Blizzard the Far North(1300/0). And thanks to his effect, he allows me to bring back a 'Blackwing' that's sleeping in my graveyard that's Level 4 or below." Blizzard the Far North then landed on Penny's duel disk as it began to peck at the graveyard slot as it was trying to decided which one of its feathered friends it wanted to bring back. Soon it pulled out a card in its beak as it then landed on Penny's right shoulder as it gave it to its mistress who looked at it and then gave her bird a nod.
"And the monster I'm bringing back is my Blackwing - Kris the Crack of Dawn." Penny played her card as Blizzard the Far North was still on her shoulder. Soon out emerged her other monster as it took its position next to her token as Penny looked to execute the next part of her plan. "Then since I control a 'Blackwing' I can special summon my Blackwing - Oroshi the Squall(400/600) to join the fray. Now I tune my Level 2 Blizzard the Far North with my Level 4 Kris the Crack of Dawn and my Level 1 Oroshi the Squall!" Penny gave her Blizzard one last pet through its feathers as it flew high into the sky as it turned into two giant green rings that circled around Kris the Crack of Dawn and Oroshi as she was calling upon one of her strongest monsters. "I Synchro Summon! Spread your wings, Assault Blackwing - Raikiri the Rain Shower(2600/2000)!" Penny now had a monster that wielded a long sword as it let out a cry.
"And I'm not done, cause since I already have a 'Blackwing' monster out on the field, I can summon this Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind(1300/400)." Out emerged another monster as it had a face as it flapped its wings about. "Then I activate Gale's effect, once per turn it can cut your monster's attack and defense points in half." Gale the Whirlwind then flapped its wings as it caused a wing to blow over Phantom Gryphon. "Then since I used Oroshi to synchro summon, I can change your Harpie Harpist's battle position." stated Penny as she switched Lucky Star's monster into defense mode. "And now I activate Raikiri's effect, it can destroy one card on your side of the field for every 'Blackwing' monster on mine. So I'm getting rid of your field spell and your Mirror Wall. Let her have it, Raikiri!" shouted Penny. Raikiri then plunged its sword into the ground as it caused a quake in the earth to happen as Lucky Star felt herself losing her balance. Soon the mini earthquake got rid of her two cards.
"And since your field spell is gone, that means all your monsters lose 200 extra attack points which brings Harpie Harpist is down to her original 1700 attack points and now Phantom Gryphon is down to 900 attack points. So now Raikiri attack her Phantom Gryphon!" shouted Penny as her monster then raised its sword and did a diagonal slash as it took out its target.
Lucky Star's Life Points: 2400-
"Then Gale the Whirlwind attack her Harpie Harpist!" shouted Penny as she took out Lucky Star's other monster.
"Now the effect of my Alluring Mirror Split activates, since a 'Harpie Lady' monster was destroyed, I can replace it with another 'Harpie' monster from my deck, so rise up Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon(1200/600)." Lucky Star now had a small baby dragon appear on her field.
"With that, I'll end my turn."
Turn 10: Lucky Star
"It's my draw." said Lucky Star as she drew her card. I'm nearly out of life points, which means if I'm going to win this duel and face Isaac. Then I need to make my move now, which means I need to push past my limits. And it starts with this. "Now I play Pot of Greed to draw two cards. Then I summon, Harpie Lady #3(1300/1400)!" Lucky Star now had a monster appear on her field that had blue hair as it let out a screech.
"Not bad, but your monster doesn't have enough attack points to take out my Raikiri." informed Penny.
"That's why I'm taking my game and skill to the next level. Cause now I'm going to perform a synchro summon." stated Lucky Star as it caused everybody to murmur.
"Synchro Summon? Look I'm no expert on the summoning method, since even I still have a lot to learn about it. But one thing I know for sure is that you need a tuner monster on your field to conduct it, and none of your monsters are tuners." stated Penny.
"That's where you're wrong, see for me to synchro summon this monster, I can treat one of my 'Harpie' monsters as a tuner, so all I need to do is match the correct levels to add together. And I have it right here, so go... I tune my Level 4 Harpie Lady #3 with my Level 4 Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon!" yelled out Lucky Star as she held her hand up in the air. Harpie Lady #3 then flew into the air as she turned into four giant green rings that circled around Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon as it flew in between them. "I Synchro Summon! Cyber Slash Harpie Lady(2600/1400)!" shouted Lucky Star as her card ejected from her duel disk as she held it up high in a white light and then placed it on her card tray. Out emerged a brand new monster as it was a harpie lady that wore a gold bodysuit and had pink feathers that matched her long flowing pink hair.
"You've done it, Lucky Star." said Isaac through his breath.
"Okay, okay. You got skills." complimented Penny. "But your new monster has the same attack points so if it battles with my Raikiri then they both would be destroyed."
"True, but like your Raikiri, my Cyber Slash Harpie Lady has a special ability. Like all of my other cards, it's name becomes 'Harpie Lady' while it's on my field or in my graveyard. So that means I can play this, Elegant Egotist so that I can special summon Harpie Lady Sisters(1950/2100) from my deck." Lucky Star now had another monster rise up as it was composed of three monsters as they all ready their sharp claws and talons.
"So what?" asked Penny.
"This is what, my Cyber Slash Harpie Lady's effect, when a spell or trap card is activated, I can target one monster you control or one 'Harpie' monster I control and send it back to the hand. So since I just played a spell, that means I'll use my monster's special ability to return your Raikiri back to your Extra Deck!" shouted Lucky Star.
"No way!" yelled out Penny as she watched her monster get hit with a slash attack as it caused Raikiri to drop his sword and then disappeared in a white light as it was being sent back to her Extra Deck.
"Now Harpie Lady Sisters attack Gale the Whirlwind!" Harpie Lady Sisters then took flight as the three ladies managed to surround Penny's monster and delivered multiple slashes as it took out the bird.
Penny's Life Points: 3000-
"And now the way has been clear so, now Cyber Slash Harpie Lady attack her directly!" shouted Lucky Star as her monster then flew high into the air and then swooped down as it delivered a wicked slash that caused Penny to cover up as she took a huge hit to her life points.
Penny's Life Points: 400-
"And just like that, Lucky Star has taken the lead in this duel!!" shouted Celestia as everybody was impressed by what they saw.
"With that, I'll lay a facedown and end my turn."
Turn 11: Penny
"My draw, and I'll just summon my Blackwing - Mistral the Silver Shield(0/1800) in defense mode." Out emerged a bird that had a face that was a shield as it still allowed for its eyes to be shown. "After that, I'll end my turn with a facedown."
Turn 12: Lucky Star
"Seems you've got nothing left to help you. I draw." said Lucky Star as she drew her card. "I now reveal my facedown, Harpie Lady Elegance. So by shuffling my Harpie Lady Sisters back into my deck, I can then replaced them with 3 different 'Harpie' monsters one from my hand, deck, and graveyard. So from my graveyard, I choose my Cyber Harpie Lady, from my hand, Harpie's Pet Dragon. And from my deck, I'll summon out my Harpie Queen(1900/1200)!" Lucky Star now has three more monsters join her Cyber Slash Harpie Lady as she looked to end this duel.
"As you know, my dragon gains 300 extra attack and defense points for every 'Harpie Lady' on my field, so thanks to my synchro monster and Cyber Harpie Lady, my dragon now has 2600 attack points." Lucky Star's dragon then let out a roar as it caused Penny to be afraid for a few moments as she was now staring at four monsters. "And now to finish this duel, Cyber Slash Harpie Lady attack her Blackwing - Mistral the Silver Shield!" Cyber Slash Harpie Lady then soared after the tiny bird who tried to fly away, only for it to be knocked out of the sky and create a large hole in front of Penny as her monster was destroyed.
"With your monster gone, time for me to end this duel. Since you only have 400 life points, one attack from my other monsters means... game over. So Cyber Harpie Lady attack Penny directly and end this duel!!" shouted Lucky Star.
"I activate the effect of my Blackwing - Mistral the Silver Shield. Since it was destroyed and sent to the graveyard, I can reduce the battle damage from the next attack to 0!" shouted Penny as the spirit of her Mistral the Silver Shield now appeared and blocked the attack head on by Cyber Harpie Lady.
"That's just one attack, and I still have two more monsters to attack you with. So go Harpie's Pet Dragon take her out!"
"I reveal my facedown, Negate Attack!"
"Fine then, I'll end my turn."
Turn 13: Penny
"Then it's my turn!" said Penny as she placed her hand on top of her deck. This is it, I made a promise to everybody that I would win this tournament. Then I need to draw the card that can help me shift the duel into my favor. Well... here goes. "I draw!" yelled out Penny as she drew her card and then looked at it. "Nice, I now play the spell card, Card of Sanctity. So now we each draw till we're holding six cards in our hand." Both girls then drew till they were holding a brand new hand; Penny now looked at her options as she was formulating her plan.
"Now since you have monsters and I don't, I can special summon my Blackwing - Sirocco the Dawn(2000/0) in attack mode. Then as the saying goes, 'birds of a feather like to flock together'. So joining the battle is another Blackwing - Kochi the Daybreak. Then since the Level of my monsters on my field is 8 or higher, I can also special summon Blackwing - Calima the Haze(600/1800) in defense mode." Out emerged a monster that was glowing red as it appeared to be a spirit. "With that out of the way I'll tune my Level 4 Kochi the Daybreak with my Level 4 Calima the Haze!" Kochi the Daybreak then transformed into four giant green rings as it circled around Calima the Haze who flew in between them. "Now by the power of a Synchro Summoning, these two Blackwings will beat as one! Soar to power, Black-Winged Dragon(2800/1600)!" Penny now had a dragon appear on her field as it was huge and spread its wings out. It was black feathers all over its body and its wings as it let out a roar.
"Incredible." stated Lucky Star.
"And now I activate my Blackwing - Sirocco the Dawn's effect, now I can select a monster on my field and it gains the attack points of all of my 'Blackwing' monsters. So now my Sirocco the Dawn grants my dragon an extra 2000 attack points which raises its strength to 4800!" stated Penny as her dragon powered up. "And now time to attack, Black-Winged Dragon take out her Cyber Slash Harpie Lady!" Black-Winged Dragon then powered up as it unleashed a powerful attack of black energy as it took out Lucky Star's monster.
Lucky Star's Life Points: 200-
"My Alluring Mirror Split is still on the field, which means since you destroyed my Cyber Slash Harpie Lady, I can replace her with another 'Harpie' monster from my deck. So arise, Harpie Oracle(1300/1400)." Out emerged another female monster on her field as it had blue color scheme for its hair and its bodysuit. It also had a blue orb in her hand that allowed her to use its power. "And thanks to my monster's special ability, when she's summoned, I can add a spell or trap card from my graveyard to my hand that list 'Harpie Lady Sisters' in its text. So I choose to add my Elegant Egotist back to my hand." Lucky Star's duel disk then ejected her card for her to grab as she added it to her hand.
"With that, I'll end my turn with a facedown. Now my Black-Winged Dragon loses the extra power boost and returns to its normal attack points."
Turn 14: Lucky Star
"It's my turn and time for me to end this duel! So here we go!" shouted Lucky Star as she drew her card. "To start, I play the spell card Harpie's Feather Duster so that I can blow away all of your facedowns." A giant wind of feathers soon started to blow over as it swept Penny of her facedowns.
So what, I still have a way. Since I have Blackwing - Boreas the Sharp is my graveyard, I can remove it from play to not only protect my monster, but also destroy any monster that Lucky Star attacks me with. And even if she does manage to get rid of my monster, I have Calima the Haze to help me out by bringing back a Synchro monster to protect me. Penny just had a smile on her face as she knew that she had a safety net to fall back on.
"I wouldn't be smiling just yet. I know you have someway to deal with me if I attack your monsters. Which is why I won't be doing that, instead I'll be attacking you directly!" informed Lucky Star.
"But how? I have monsters on my field and none of yours can bypass them." stated Penny.
"You're right, but also wrong." said Lucky Star. "Cause I'm going to combine my three monsters. I overlay my Level 4 Cyber Harpie Lady, Harpie Oracle, and Harpie Queen to build the Overlay Network!" Lucky Star's three monsters then transformed into three orbs of light as they levitated in the air for a bit as a portal opened in front of her. Soon they all disappeared as they were sucked inside and a pillar of light emerged. "I Xyz Summon, Harpie's Pet Phantasmal Dragon(2000/2500, OLU: 3)!!" A dragon now appeared on Lucky Star's field as it let out a roar and had its Xyz materials circling around it.
"Oh no!" said Penny as she realized what this meant.
"That's right. Now my monster can bypass your monsters and go straight for your life points. So let her have it! Harpie's Pet Phantasmal Dragon attack Penny directly and end this duel!!!" shouted Lucky Star as she thrusted her arm out. Her dragon the opened its mouth as it powered up its attack and then unleashed a powerful fireball that was sent soaring towards Penny who covered up before she was thrown onto her back as it made contact wit her.

With that the duel was over.
"And there it is!" said Celestia. "Ladies and gentleman, after three days of continuous dueling, we now have the winner of this tournament and the person who will be challenging Isaac at the Fall Formal is... Lucky Star."
The crowd heard Celestia's announcement as they all stood up and gave Lucky Star a round of applause. The screens showed her portrait as it said winner on all of them and she took it in. She felt a few tears form in her eyes as she dropped to her knees and just let out a few breaths as she was exhausted from competing in back to back duels. Penny now sat up and looked around her as the realization was starting to hit her. She was angry that she failed to win, but soon her expression soften as she too looked at her friend and gave her a thumbs up and a smile. Vice-principal Luna then got up from the commentary table and approached the girl as she helped her up, at the same time, Isaac now stood up from his throne and was now stepping down from it as he was now making his way to the pair of girls. Everybody saw this as they waited to see what would transpire.
Isaac now stood in front of Lucky Star as he was staring at her with an intense look as he had a serious look on his face. Lucky Star now too was staring at Isaac as she too had a serious look on her face as the situation finally hit her.
"And so it has been determined, it'll be Isaac vs Lucky Star for the title of Duel Monsters Champion at the Fall Formal." stated Luna as she stood in between the two competitors as she tried to relay the info to everybody in attendance and watching at home. "At this time, I'll allow both competitors to exchange a few words." Luna then held the mic to Lucky Star's mouth.
"Last time, Isaac. You embarrassed me, you humiliated me and you straight up whupped my ass. But I'm not the same person that I was back then, I've improved, I've learned some new tactics. And trust me when I say this, that I'm going to beat you. I'm going to end your reign as champion; I'm going to beat you in the middle of this dueling field till your life point counter reaches zero. Then I'll finally have my moment, and I will leave the Fall Formal as 'champion'." stated Lucky Star as she received some support from the others as they cheered her.
Luna nodded as she was about to put the mic to Isaac's mouth so that he could say what he wanted. Just then, Isaac snatched the mic from Luna's hands as it echoed into the feedback system which caused everybody to go quiet as they listened to what their champion had to say.
"Lucky Star, do you know who the hell you're talking to?! You think you know me." said Isaac in a serious tone. Everybody knew that Isaac was about to say something that was going to catch everybody's attention. "I'm the guy that put CHS back on the map in terms of Duel Monsters. I know a thing or two about high pressure situations. I know that at the Fall Formal, my reign as champion could come to an end. But in case I forgot, thanks for reminding me!" shouted Isaac into the mic. "I'm out here as the Master Tactician and have been watching this tournament with a close eye keeping everybody on high alert and you just told me what you're going to do! You need to worry about yourself! See I'm out here playing High-Stakes Poker, you're playing Old Maid!!!" fired Isaac with a response that got everybody to murmur. "There are fundamental differences with the way we think! I think at a different level than you! You're content with being awesome, I'm not!! I did that 2 years ago when I became champ, hell I've done it my whole life!! You want to talk about being champion, well I need to see this story through!!! I need to remain champion!!! Notice the damn difference!!!" shouted Isaac. "Think about it." said Isaac as he threw the microphone down onto the ground with so much force the feedback into the system was loud that everybody covered their ears. With that Isaac got the final word in as he started to walk off the field as everybody looked between him and Lucky Star as it seemed the battle was going to be an explosive one.

So the duel here has a crazy finish.
I would point out a few errors but at the moment I feel too afraid it will put more stress on you(especially since its your birthday) and fear it might make you upset there(especially with what happened yesterday/the day before...
