After the events of Season 8, House lost his reason to smile anymore

Until life as a Doctor sucked him back in, differently than he'd expect.

Or I stumbled upon another group of idiots who somehow need my help, despite the fact I'm not even the same race as them. Like they would understand what they were doing if they somehow decided to treat the measles with a spell, it would make the bacteria stronger thus you just created more life of super mutants.

When a magical force of unprecedented magnitude is unleashed, guests from unknown origins are pulled in.

Twilight and Shining Armor have a little sister named Light Step. Everypony tells Light Step how lucky she is to be related to such great heroes.

Light Step wishes she could smother them both.

Returning from a diplomatic summit, Princess Rarity's party is attacked by bandits. Upon returning home, she demands why her bodyguard Twilight had seen fit to shove her into the river during the fight.

When she learns why, she is taken aback, learning for the first time the role that Twilight had undertaken.

Inspired by the Bodyguard!AU Series, based on Earthsong9405's AU where Twilight is the bodyguard to a "Princess/Queen Rarity".

In an Equestrian archaeological excavation several years ago, they found several scrolls, made out of a thinner version of the material that changelings use in construction. It took a few years before a professor by the name of Page Sheaf, through the interrogations made from captured changelings during the Royal Wedding, was able to fully translate it.

One of the scrolls featured a character named Princess Novo, a princess of the hive of the Grey Monarch, that lived several centuries previous.

Set in an ending to "Friendship Games" where Twilight stayed at Crystal Prep to make friends with the Shadowbolts. Twilight and the others are trying to be more friendly with one another...but friendship doesn't come easy when your entire life has been competition and personal accomplishment. The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step, so any progress is good progress? Right?

Being the Deity of Time is tough work. You've got to protect the timestream, save ponies that tamper with time and get stuck in infinite loops.

Point is, she's done a lot, for a LONG time. So, after her latest experiment goes very wrong, she decides to take a vacation.

After reforming Luna, Discord, Sunset Shimmer, Starlight Glimmer, Gilda, Stygian, and others, our heroes are going to punish an ordinary, albeit nefarious, filly by sending her to Tartarus for all eternity in the company of adult villains?

When the Gardens of Equestria were activated, many ponies believed the trying times were over and Equestria would become the paradise it had once been within a few short years.

As if the wasteland would give up that easily.

Monsters still roam the wasteland. Apex predators left unchanged from before the war. Mutant horrors born of balefire. Sadistic people whose hearts went black long ago... The Gardens did not kill. They did not reform. The Gardens did the one thing they were designed to do.

The Gardens cleaned up toxic waste everywhere their light could reach. No more, no less.

With radiation all but gone in most of the wasteland, taint entirely eliminated from Equestria's heartland, and much of the old farmland fertile once more, ponies everywhere banded together to take advantage of the world Pip healed... By forming large yet isolated settlements which over time joined one of two nations: The New Canterlot Republic, or the Herd.

These two ideologically opposed nations have clashed for over a decade. Border skirmishes are frequent. Black ops have been preformed by both sides. All out war has nearly broken out several times.

You can take the waste out of the wasteland. It's much harder to take it out of the wastelanders.

It is into this politically charged world that a newcomer arrives. A zebra from a remote northern kingdom, separated from Equestria for these many years by a megaspell induced winter that is at last dying down. A pity she arrives just as the other newcomers are enacting their bid for power.

Dr. Mike Hastell is a young scientist who works in a biotechnology research project. But he lives alone, with nothing to do, he needed a hobby, so, he decided to research about those fluffy ponies that now you can find in pet shops, those stupid and adorably pathetic things, so maybe he could find out something interesting and make money about it.
Fluffy ponies are genetic engineered pets, based on the show My Little Pony. They tried to recreate those pony characters, but instead, they created a 30cm tall ball of fluff that can barely talk like a two years old child. They are not prepared to survive in almost any environment, and usually die at the slightest danger, so, they need human attention to live. It's the perfect pet!
Except manuals about how to take care of them, there are no information about how they were made, their actual biology or their psychology and behavior. It's time to do some science!
