They're different stories with the same general concept if I had to choose one heart of the Dragon General so at the same time now that I'm actually thinking about it it it's probably best not to do more than the ones you have sorry if this was annoying
Edit: depending on where tats is in the story by the time you get around to it you might just want to do one chapter on all of them as he is planning to Mega crossover all of them at some point though that might be a few years down the line

There's already a lot of good stories on your list, so I'm going to try to only upvote/suggest my favorite ones on it, or at least the ones I think are better suited for this sort of crossover.

• Stardust, since it's already at the top and I wouldn't mind another dose of XCOM. I imagine this might be when Chronicles Sweetie gets put back on their radar.
• Triptych, because I like Estee's works in general and I'd like to see your take on the Triptych Continuum and Estee's versions of the characters.
• Petriculture, as I want to see them come to terms with this version of Pinkie, and vice versa.
• Mass Effect: Shades of Twilight, since I don't think you've done much Mass Effect crossover yet, and this story desperately needs some sort of ending.
• The Wizard and the Lonely Princess, for same reasons as above, only for Harry Potter. I'd very much like to see your take on an ending for either of these, given the one you did for Sunshine and Fire.
• In a Far Away Land. A Minecraft chapter could be fun.
• MIA, another unfinished old favorite for me.
• Princess Celestia: The Changeling Queen. Interspecies diplomacy and fighting Elder Gods seems right up the team's alley.

New Stories:

• Pony Age: Origins, since it's a good crossover with Dragon Age.
• Silent Ponyville, because I want to see what sort of hellscape you come up with for your characters.
• The Commander of Shepherds, another good Mass Effect crossover.
