Rose Brass, retired army captain, has found a second career as a youth social worker. She gets the hard cases, in both senses of the word. She has a tough attitude, experience, and a security clearance. Naturally she’s the perfect choice to deal with three broken teenage girls who used to be powerful magical creatures from another dimension.

KwirkyJ wrote a couple of lovely little vignettes inspired by this story.

Begins about eight months after “Through the Mirror” and two months after “Rainbow Rocks”—the middle of season five.

"Bitter Tears" ended on a bittersweet note, with Sunset determined to heal and move on from the Anon-A-Miss incident, and her friendships with the Mane 5 as strained as ever.

This technical sequel is a series of oneshots, in no particular order, that shows the different P.O.Vs of the characters who were affected by the events in the previous fic - from Sunset to CMC, and even the Dazzlings, and how they're adjusting to their now-human life after their defeat.

After losing their powers, and by extension their immortality, Adagio and her sisters find comfort in the home of a new student named Midnight Rider, A student from Australia who out of the kindness of his heart takes them in. At the same time Adagio starts to feel strange feelings as Midnight helps to find and fix their pendents before the former sirens turn to dust

As darkness closes in, Sunset must find her light and guide her friends to defend their world against old rivals and legends best left forgotten, all while dealing with their ever-looming futures.

But when graduation comes, what will Sunset Shimmer do? For she is still a stranger in this world, with or without her friends, and the road before her guarantees nothing.

Of course, with the universe conspiring against her, it'll be a miracle if she even makes it that far...

After a long term at Canterlot High School, the Rainbooms and Human Twilight can't wait to go on their camping trip to the Everfree Forest. A veritable utopia of flowers, trees, wildlife, and more, it seems the perfect place to bunker down and relax for a while.

Or at least, it would be, if it wasn't facing the threat of being cut down by the ruthless Ms Miasma, who wants to create a new city in place of it. With the forest almost bankrupt, it's up to Sunset Shimmer, her friends, and a mysterious girl named Gloriosa to save it from the wicked Miasma.

But what secrets does the forest hold? What is Miasma's true intentions? And who is Gloriosa?

Overwhelmed by the stress of Anon-A-Miss, Sunset finally caves. Knowing that trying to convince her friends of her innocence is going to get her nowhere, she collapses beneath the overwhelming weight of it all, and in a last desperate attempt to gain her only friends back, she does the one thing that they promise her will gain them back. She confesses to being Anon-A-Miss

(Edited and improved) When Adagio leaves Aria and Sonata living alone on the streets they don't know what to do, but Sunset Shimmer and the Rainbooms show them that everyone deserves a second chance.

Sunset Shimmer and the Rainbooms show the two sirens friendship and help them redeem themselves, as well as helping them start new lives as normal humans without powers.
