Now, after all the challenges he has faced, the Dragonborn is sent to a realm where Friendship is Magic, and there is no mead. Finally, to cap things off, he kind of... well...

But, that does not mean he's powerless. Quite the contrary.
He often wanders around the universe, if only as a spectator.
Throughout his wanderings, he finds a war-embroiled world, where the Vasari and Ortalians clash for control of Liguria.

Of course, Discord cares not for the conflict. Like a curious magpie, he 'borrows' one of the Ortalian mechs and brings it to Equestria just because.
An accident of sorts occurs when he causes damage to the mech's delicate mainframe, rendering it stupid, to put it simply.
Now, a barely coherent machine of destruction is wandering about on Equestria, fully loaded for war...

Some of you may ask whether or not the Executioner brings about extensive collateral damage to Equestria.

But the real question is whether it can discover the magic of friendship.

Discord has once again escaped. While trying to escape the mane 6, he realizes that his chaos magic won't be enough to defeat The Elements of Harmony. So he opens a gate to a new universe. Mane 6 follows him trough the portal, unaware of his plan.

Now, stuck in an universe that is so like, yet unlike their own, can Mane 6 find Discord and stop him before he unites the forces of chaos under his rule? And how do they deal with very different versions of their own?

Reading my other stories is recommended, but not necessary. However, I suggest reading at least The History Of The Human War to understand what "The War" refers to.

After The War - Luna Aeternal is recommended, but not necessary. It details the events of The Lunar Crisis.

My Little War Orphan is not necessary.

Well, I suppose the best way to do so is with introductions. I am Prometheus and while I was, as one might say, tied up for quite some time I noticed your world. I have to say it's quite interesting, but unfortunately stagnant as well. So Miss Celestia I, being the patron of progress that I am, have sent someone your way. He is not a creature native to your world, a species I personally have a great deal of interest in, they're ambitious little scamps. I am bestowing a gift upon him as I send him, one he will in time learn to master. It is my hopes he brings progress to your world, but as the past has proven on many an occasion the best intentions can at times have the worst effects. We'll just have to see how it goes won't we.

Ha, not as smart as the bastard thinks he is. I managed to snag the paper from him. So "Miss Celestia" my name is Coal and apparently I'm supposed to stir up some dirt. I'll admit I know just as much as to what is going on as you do, but if he's the Prometheus I'm thinking of, things might be a little more complicated than he'd let us believe. Crap, he's coming back. Ummm... Why did I just waste time writing Ummm?

Walking with the paws of an ancient predator, a young man finds himself in a strange world. A world where horses are the dominant species, and he’s a very rare and dangerous animal.
