Author's note: It's best to be a Whovian if you are to read this. While I try to write this as simple to understand as possible, it just makes the story a better read.

Also, this Doctor Whooves is based on The Doctor from the Doctor Whooves and Assistant series. This point is after Appleoosa and prior to the events of Wrong Way Backwards. Familiarity with source material will make the story better.

Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, and Applejack are now the newest passengers aboard the TARDIS with the newly regenerated Doctor. And for their first adventure, they go to one of the most important points in Equestria's history: the Fall of Discord.

These are the results of the Fimfiction Writes Ponies! project, in which almost a hundred users were allowed editing access to a single Google document, with the final goal of writing a coherent story about colorful ponies.

This... is their story. It is the tale of Mecha-Trixie. It is the tale of Lord Apep, who ate the sun. It is the tale of the shattered multiverse, the permeable boundaries of which may cause the end of all Equestria. Rarity may or may not be eaten by a ghost-shark at the end of things. It is enormous. Nighttime falls. All good (and bad) foals must go to bed. This specific foal asks for a bedtime story.

With the TARDIS in an unknown location, the Doctor has become a pony in Equestria. After finding Rose, enemies from his world appear and begin to attack Equestria. Without the TARDIS at his disposal, the Doctor, Rose, and a pony named Twilight Sparkle must destroy the Doctor's enemies, before they destroy Equestria.

The Doctor suddenly finds himself in the magical land of Equestria and soon discovers that he's regenerated into a pony. As Twilight Sparkle tries to learn more about the Doctor with the help of Spike and Princess Luna, a creature from the Doctor's past arrives in Ponyville with evil intentions.
