The Doctor has been in several different planets, but never before has he been a pony. Wait a PONY? What?

With the TARDIS in an unknown location, the Doctor has become a pony in Equestria. After finding Rose, enemies from his world appear and begin to attack Equestria. Without the TARDIS at his disposal, the Doctor, Rose, and a pony named Twilight Sparkle must destroy the Doctor's enemies, before they destroy Equestria.

A Strange Feeling

“Hello? Are you awake?” A voice said. “Um, are you ok?”

“Lyra, do you even know who this is?” Another voice said.

“No, but we shouldn’t just leave him here.” The other voice, apparently called Lyra said. “Bon-bon, you should know it’s not nice to leave some pony by himself.”

“Ohhh…” The Doctor said. “What do you mean some pony?” The Doctor opened his eyes and couldn’t believe them. He’d seen a lot of strange things in his day, but this had taken the cake.

Looking at the Doctor were a unicorn and a pony. A unicorn and a pony. “What?” he stuttered, “What’s going on?”

“Hey you ok?” The unicorn called Lyra said.

“Why are you ponies?” The Doctor asked.

“Good going Lyra, you found an idiot.” The pony named Bon-bon said.

Lyra ignored Bon-bon. “What do you mean?” She asked the Doctor. “Every pony in Equestria is a pony.”

“What?” The Doctor stuttered. “What’s Equestria? What’s going on?” The Doctor had a more important question. “What am I?”

“You’re an earth pony.” Lyra said. “Here I have a mirror.” Her horn glow blue and a levitated a mirror out of her saddle bags. She placed it in front of the Doctor. What he saw was not the face of a time lord, but of a pony.

The Doctor had one thing to say in a serious tone. “What?”

The Doctor looked in the mirror. He had a collar, and red tie, but no shirt, or suit. “Well, at least I still look like myself.” He mumbled to himself.

“What?” Lyra asked.

“Oh, nothing.” The Doctor said. He looked at his flank. There was an hourglass. “Um, why is there an hourglass on my flank?”

Bon-bon rolled her eyes. “That’s your cutie mark stupid.”

“Um… What’s a cutie mark?” The Doctor asked.

“It shows your destiny.” Lyra said. “Look mines a harp. I’m a very good harp player. But, yours is an hourglass. Could that mean time?”

“Well, I guess that makes sense.” The Doctor said.

“Why?” Lyra asked.

“Oh, um, it’s complicated.” The Doctor said.

“How so?” Lyra asked.

“You wouldn’t believe me if I told you.” The Doctor said.

Lyra smiled slyly. “Try me.”

“All right.” The Doctor said. “My name is the Doctor. I am nine hundred and three years old. I am a time lord. All my people were destroyed in a war against the Daleks. I am the last time lord. I have two hearts. I travel through time in a space ship called the TARDIS. That’s Time and Relative Dimension in space. I have a companion named Rose Tyler. The TARDIS is disguised like a police call box. My companion is not a time lord but a human. And…”

“Did you say human?!!” Lyra shouted.

“Yes. Rose is a human.” The Doctor said.

“I knew humans existed! I knew it!” Lyra shouted.

While Lyra did a ‘victory dance’ Bon-bon asked, “So you’re called the Doctor?”

“Yes that’s right.” The Doctor said.

“Doctor who?” Bon-bon asked.

“Exactly!” The Doctor said. “Now do you have a library or anywhere I could do research?”

“Yes, the library in Ponyville will work.” Bon-bon said. “Twilight Sparkle lives there.”

“Who’s Twilight Sparkle?” The Doctor asked.

“She’s Princess Celestia’s star student.” Bon-bon said.

“Princess Celestia? I’m guessing she’s the ruler here.” The Doctor said.

Bon-bon rolled her eyes. “Yes! Where did you grow up, an underground chamber?”

“No, I grew up in a blue box.” The Doctor said.

“Whatever.” Bon-bon said.

“Anyway, how do I get to the Ponyville library?” The Doctor asked.

“Just go straight forward east, when you reach a bridge cross it, and then turn left. The library looks like a big tree. You can’t miss it.”

“All right then.” The Doctor said. “Thank you!” Then the Doctor went east. Crossed a bridge. Turned left, and ended up at a big tree.

“Well this looks about right.” He said to himself. The Doctor knocked on the door with is hoof.

“Just a minute!” A girl’s voice shouted. When the door opened a purple unicorn stood there. She had a straight blue purple and pink mane. “Can I help you?” The unicorn asked.

“I’m guessing, and this is just an assumption, that you’re Twilight Sparkle, Princess Celestia’s star student?” The Doctor assumed.

“Yes.” Twilight said. “And you are?”

“I’m the Doctor.” The Doctor said.

“Doctor of what?” Twilight asked.

“Time. Might I come in? I’d like to do some research.” The Doctor said.

“Sure, come on in.” Twilight said showing the Doctor in. “What do you mean, doctor of time?”

“Well, since another unicorn believed me already, I guess there’s no harm in telling you.” The Doctor said. “I am nine hundred and three years old. My companion is not a time lord but a human.”

Twilight stood there with her mouth hanging open. “Okay. Well I think you need help.”

“Yes, yes I do. I need to find out anything and everything about this world, Equestria, as you call it.” The Doctor said.

“Well I’ve time traveled before, so how did you end up in another world?” Twilight asked.

“It’s a timey thing. Timey whimey.” The Doctor said.

“Timey whimey?” Twilight said.

“Yes, now I’m a fast reader so if your give me a stack of ten books about your world I can be done in, say, two to three hours.” The Doctor said.

Twilight’s horn glow purple, and she levitated a stack of ten books. “Here, everything you need to k now about Equestria.”

“Thank you, Twilight. I’ll let you know when I’m done with this stack.” The Doctor said and grabbed the top book. “Wait a minute where’s my sonic screwdriver?”

“Your sonic what?” Twilight asked.

“My, sonic screwdriver!” The Doctor said. “It looks kind of like a regular screwdriver, but with a blue tip!”

“Have you tries your collar?” Twilight asked.

“What?” The Doctor asked. He looked at his collar, and saw his sonic screwdriver in it. “Oh. Thank you. Now, I’m going to read.”

“Okay I’ll be upstairs reading a Daring Do book if you need me.” Twilight said.

“All right.” The Doctor said, and began reading The History of Equestria Book 1 of 10

“I’m done reading!” The Doctor shouted. Twilight walked down the stairs.

“Really?” Twilight asked. “It’s only been half an hour. You said it would take you two to three hours.”

“Well, I guess I was wrong.” the Doctor said. “It’s a nice world you have here. Very peaceful, if I do say so myself.”

“So, did you find what you were looking for?” Twilight asked.

“No.” The Doctor replied. “I still need to find Rose, and the TARDIS. Although I think I have an idea where Rose might be.”

“Really? Where?” Twilight asked.

The Doctor grabbed a map of Equestria and then began to explain, “Well, judging by where I landed, and knowing the landscape of your world, I’ve calculated that by taking the coordinates of where I landed, adding longitude by five, and latitude by six, multiplying both by nine, and that’s where Rose will be!”

“Well, that’s a few miles from where you landed.” Twilight said. “I’m sure she’ll be there.”

“I’m not.” The Doctor admitted.

“How so?” Twilight asked.

“If Rose woke up at the same time I did,” The Doctor explained. “She might have wondered off, leaving from her original location. She could be halfway to Appaloosa by now.”

Twilight though for moment. “I know! I can use a seek spell. If a use it on a map it will pinpoint here location.”

“So it will work just like a GPS.” The Doctor said.

“What’s a GPS?” Twilight asked confused.

“Oh, never mind.” The Doctor said. “Go ahead and use your seek spell.”

Twilight’s horn glow purple and then tapped the map. A flashing purple dot appeared a few miles south of Appaloosa. “There she is!” The Doctor shouted with glee.

“Follow me, we can use my balloon.” Twilight said.

They were a few miles south of Appaloosa. The balloon wasn’t that cramped so The Doctor and Twilight had a lot of walking space. The Doctor kept a close eye to the ground, looking for Rose. Twilight kept a close eye on the map to see if they were getting close.

The Doctor saw a pony walking along the rail road. He looked through the telescope attached to the side of the basket. He saw a female pony with a white coat, and a pink and red mane. At first the Doctor wasn’t sure if it was Rose until he saw her cutie mark. It was a red rose.

“Rose,” The Doctor mumbled to himself. He looked at Twilight. “Twilight, take us down, I see Rose.” Twilight released some of the hot air from the balloon and lowered the rope ladder.

“Rose!” The Doctor shouted climbing down the rope ladder. Rose turned around to look at The Doctor. “Rose!” The Doctor shouted again, all the way down the rope ladder.

Rose’s eyes widened. “Doctor!” She shouted, and ran to The Doctor and hugged him. “What’s going on? Why are we ponies? How did we…”

“Rose.” The Doctor said. “I’ll tell you on the way back to Ponyville, but right now we have to get in the balloon.” Rose nodded and climbed the rope ladder.

When she saw Twilight she asked, “Who are you?”

“I’m Twilight Sparkle.” Twilight said. “I run the library in Ponyville.”

“So where are we and what’s going on?” Rose asked the Doctor.

“Well, um...” The Doctor didn’t know what to say. “It’s might be easier to tell you telepathically.”

“All right, go ahead.” Rose said. The Doctor placed his hooves on Rose’s face. Rose began to see information flow through her head, like a movie in fast forward.

When the Doctor removed his hooves from Rose’s face and asked, “Make sense now?”

“Yeah.” Rose replied. “Although you don’t know how we ended up here, do you?”

“No, not yet” The Doctor replied. “But, I have a feeling we didn’t come here alone.”

Meeting the Main Six

View Online

When, The Doctor, Rose, and Twilight returned to the library, Twilight said, “Well, I’ve met your friend, so how about you meet mine?”

The Doctor and Rose looked at each other. “Well, why not.” The Doctor said.

“Great!” Twilight shouted. “I’ll go get them!” Twilight ran out the library door in search of her friends.

“So, where’s the TARDIS?” Rose asked.

“No idea.” The Doctor admitted, “To find it I need to know exactly where you landed. Point to the location.” The Doctor grabbed a map of Ponyville and its surrounding land.

Rose looked for while. Because she had the Doctor’s knowledge of Equestria, she knew where everything was. She pointed to exactly where the Doctor thought she had landed. “Here,” She said.

“That’s exactly where I thought you had landed.” The Doctor said. He did the math in his head. He grabbed a pencil with his mouth and drew an X on the map a few miles from where Rose had landed. “The TARDIS is there.”

“What’s the TARDIS?” a voice behind them asked. The Doctor and Rose turned to see a blue pegasus with a rainbow colored mane behind them hovering above the ground.

“RAINBOW DASH!” Twilight shouted, from behind them. “Don’t asked questions you don’t need to know the answer to.

“Aww, lighten up Twilight, I was just curious.” Rainbow Dash replied. She turned to The Doctor. “What’s this metal doohickey?” She asked tapping the sonic screwdriver.

“That’s my sonic screwdriver, it opens things” The Doctor replied.

“A sonic screwdriver?” A pink pony with an even pinker mane shouted. “Does it drive screws places sonically?”

“No, it just opens things.” The Doctor replied.

“That’s Pinkie Pie,” Rainbow said. “She is SO random.”

“Another unicorn with a brilliantly styled purple mane walked up and said. “That’s and interesting looking tie. Have you tried bowties? I hear their really in style at the moment.”

“No I haven’t tried bowties,” The Doctor replied. “And I prefer my own tie, Ms…”

“Rarity.” Rarity replied.

“Well thank you for the suggestion Ms. Rarity.” The Doctor replied.

Another pony with an orange-ish coat, blonde mane, and a cowgirl hat, trotted up. “Name’s Applejack,” Applejack said
shaking The Doctor’s and Rose’s hooves. “Hope y’all like yer stay in Ponyville, and if you feel hungry, come on downs to Sweet Apple Acres fer the finest apples in all of Equestria.”

“Thanks for the idea Applejack.”The Doctor said. He spotted a pegasus huddled in a corner with a yellow coat and a long pink
mane. The Doctor walked over to her.

“I’m the Doctor,” he said quietly. “Who are you?”

The pony didn’t look at the Doctor but said very quietly, “I’m Fluttershy.”

The Doctor had very good hearing. “It’s nice to meet you Fluttershy. My companions name is Rose. Why don’t you come and meet her?” The Doctor suggested.

“O-okay.” Fluttershy said. She got up and walked over to Rose. “I’m Fluttershy. What’s your name?”

“My name’s Rose Tyler. It’s nice to meet you Fluttershy.” Rose said.

“Likewise.” Fluttershy responded.

The Doctor walked over to Twilight. “These are some nice friends you have.”

“They are one in a million.” Twilight replied.

“How did you meet them?” The Doctor asked.

“Well,” Twilight explained, “It was the Summer Sun Celebration. Princess Celestia asked me to make sure that things went okay in Ponyville. This was the year that Nightmare Moon would return. So I ended up meeting all the different ponies in town and when Nightmare Moon did return we went on a quest through the Everfree Forest to get to the castle of the Royal Pony Sisters, to find the Elements of Harmony.”

“The Elements of Harmony, I think I read about those.” The Doctor said.

“You did.” Twilight said. “Anyway, in the forest I found that each of us represented an Element. Applejack represented honesty, Rarity generosity, Pinkie Pie laughter, Fluttershy kindness, Rainbow Dash loyalty, and I represented magic. Together we found the Elements and used them to defeat Nightmare Moon, and return Princess Luna to who she really was. Then I decided to stay in Ponyville.”

“I don’t blame you.” The Doctor said. “If you have friends, it’s always good to stay with them.”

“How about you and Rose?” Twilight asked. “How did you guys meet?”

“Rose was looking for someone who was in her work, when living mannequins attacked her. I rescued her and we saved the world from destruction. She’s been traveling with me since. I was a different man then. Well, I guess I should say different stallion in this world.” The Doctor explained.

“What do you mean?” Twilight asked.

“Time-lords have a way of cheating death.” The Doctor explained. “We regenerate, by changing our looks and slightly changing our personality. I became similar to I am now.”

“Interesting. How exactly does regeneration work?” Twilight wondered.

“It's a biological process triggered when I'm dying. To stay alive I change my whole body, every single cell, but keep all my memories. Due to every cell changing, my personality changes as well.” The Doctor replied.

"Wow." Twilight said. "So how many times have you regenerated?"

"I've regenerated about ten times." The Doctor explained.

"So, that makes you the eleventh Doctor?" Twilight asked.

"No, I'm the tenth Doctor." The Doctor replied.

"But, you just said that you've regenerated ten times." Twilight said.

"I did say that, yes." The Doctor said.

"So you're the eleventh Doctor." Twilight explained. "So tell me why you say you're the tenth Doctor."

The Doctor sighed and knew that Twilight wouldn't let him off the hook. "I once fought in a war against a race of emotionless aliens called the Daleks. To fight in it, I regenerated into a warrior. I fought and I killed hundreds to thousands of Daleks, without remorse. When I deemed that the war could go on no further, I used a weapon called the moment to destroy my own people and all the Daleks and ended the Great Time-War.

"During that time, I lost the ability to be called The Doctor. When I was that version of me, I committed double genocide. When I regenerated again, I berried that version of me into my memory, and was able to call myself The Doctor again. And because I destroyed all my people, I have to live with that guilt for the rest of my life."

Twilight stared at The Doctor in shock, not believing that he was capable of such and act. But before she could reply, there was a scream heard outside. Everypony became silent. “Rose, Twilight, come with me.” The Doctor said.

They left the library and went to where the screaming was heard from. The Doctor couldn’t believe his eyes. He saw ponies made of metal marching down the street repeating the same word without their mouths moving. “Delete, delete, delete.”

“Cybermen.” The Doctor said to himself. “Or in this case Cyberponies.” The Doctor turned to face Rose and Twilight and shouted, “RUN! Get back to the library!” and as the ponies ran back to the library his fears had been true. They had not come alone.

Cyberponies

View Online

Twilight, Rose and, The Doctor entered the Library and slammed the door behind them. The Doctor pulled out his sonic screwdriver and locked the door. The Doctor ran to a side table and spit out his sonic screwdriver. He removed the panel holding the power cell in it.

“What were those things?!” Twilight asked frantically.

The Doctor opened the power cell. “Cyberponies,” The Doctor explained. “They’re ponies brains stuffed in a metal suit, deprived of all emotions. They turn into killers, and have no idea of the wrong they are doing. If they had any clue what they were doing, they would go mad.” He made some adjustments to the power cell.

“But why are they here?” Twilight asked.

“Because I’m here.” The Doctor admitted. “They must have come with us somehow. I still don’t know how we got to your world, but I do know we didn’t come alone.”

“To our world?” Rainbow Dash asked. “What the hay does that mean?” Twilight began to explain what was going on.

Rose turned to the Doctor. “What are you doing to the sonic screwdriver?” She asked.

“I’m adding a new setting.” The Doctor said fiddling with the sonic screwdriver. “It will disable the control mechanism, destroying them.”

“So you’re going to kill them.” Rose said.

The Doctor looked Rose right in the eye. “I have no other choice.” He explained. “The Cyberponies could destroy this entire world. I’ve already lost one world to them before. I can’t let this world follow the same path.”

“But they’re people.” Rose pleaded.

“No they’re not.” The Doctor said. “They used to be, but now they’re just machines. Brains put into suits, and all emotions submerged. Now all they want is to concur. They are no longer who they once were. They will destroy this planet, and I’m the only one who can stop them.”

Rose finally understood. “It’s ready.” The Doctor said holding up the sonic screwdriver. The Doctor ran out of the library, followed by Rose and Twilight. He ran up to a Cyberpony.

“Doctor located.” The Cyberpony said. “Delete. Delete.”

The Doctor looked directly at the Cyberpony’s eyes. “Delete this.” He said and pulled out the sonic screwdriver and used it on the Cyberpony. It shrieked in pain as blue electrical lightning sizzled around its head. It streamed once more as its head exploded.

The Doctor put the sonic screwdriver back in his collar. “Well, I think it works.” The Doctor said casually. He looked at Twilight. “Twilight go to the library, and grab the map on the sidetable. Tell everypony else to stay inside. They are not to leave that library. Then lock the door, and get back here.”

“I’m on it.” Twilight replied, and began to run to the library.

“One more thing!” The Doctor shouted. Twilight turned around. “Don’t let them touch you! If they manage to touch you, you will be killed!”

“Don’t get touched, got it!” Twilight repeated and ran back to the library. Rose looked at the Doctor.

“Why do you need the map?” Rose asked.

“It has the location of the TARDIS on it.” The Doctor explained. “If we can get back to the TARDIS, we might be able to send the Cyberponies back to where they came from.”

“That makes sense.” Rose said. Twilight then came running up levitating the map.

“I got it!” Twilight shouted.

“Good!” The Doctor shouted. “Now open it, and lead the way to the spot marked X!” Twilight opened the map and looked at the X.

“Follow me!” Twilight shouted. She began to run, followed by The Doctor and Rose. When a Cyberpony came up, the Doctor would use his sonic screwdriver, and destroy them. They ran to the location where X marks the spot.

Inside the TARDIS

View Online

“Police public call box?” Twilight asked. “What does that mean?” The Doctor, Rose and Twilight stood in front of the TARDIS. They had run through an army of Cyberponies to get there.

“It means that you could call the police if needed to.” The Doctor explained, opening the door to the TARDIS. “They were very common in 1950’s London.” The TARDIS door opened. “Well go on in.”

Twilight went into the TARDIS. She couldn’t believe her eyes. It was bigger on the inside than the outside. She had seen a lot of different kinds of magic in her days, but this was new for her. “How are you doing this?” Twilight asked.

“It’s time-lord physics.” The Doctor explained, walking up the TARDIS control panel. “It’s bigger on the inside.”

“Physics, huh?” Twilight said. “Nice.” The Doctor and Rose looked at the TARDIS control screen. The Doctor was mumbling to himself. Then an expression of fear appeared on his face.

“Oh no…” The Doctor said.

“What is it Doctor?” Rose asked.

“To get here, we ripped a hole in the space time continuum.” The Doctor explained. “That’s how we got here. We created a gap allowing things from the alternate universe. But if Cyberponies can get here, than so can others.” The Doctor ran to the door and looked outside. “No. I can’t be…”

Flying through the sky, heading straight toward Ponyville, shouting “EXTERMINATE!” were the Doctors worst enemy. Daleks.

“Rose! Grab the huge gun down the hall, go two floors down, and go to the third hall from the right and it will be down the hall, first door on the left.” The Doctor shouted.

“On it!” Rose acknowledged. When Rose returned, she was struggling to hold a very large laser cannon. “This is very hard to carry.” Rose said.

“We can’t carry it.” The Doctor said. We’ll have to use my sonic screwdriver. Maybe it will work on the Daleks like it did the Cyberponies.” They walked out the door and ran to Ponyville.

The Doctor was surprised. Instead of the Daleks and Cyberponies attacking the ponies, they were attacking each other. That was until they noticed the Doctor.

“EXTERMINATE!”

“Delete.”

The Daleks shot a beam of energy at the Doctor at the same moment the Cyberponies fired their lasers at him. The Doctor dropped his sonic screwdriver which was then stepped on and crushed by the Cyberpony.

The Doctor fell to the ground. “We have to get him back to the TARDIS!” Rose shouted. Twilight levitated the Doctor and ran back to the TARDIS.

They ran into the TARDIS shutting the door behind them. Twilight lay the Doctor on the floor. “Doctor,” Rose said. “You can’t die. You can’t die.”

“Rose.” The Doctor said, struggling to speak. “I’m dying. That can’t be stopped. But you know what happens next.” Rose backed up. The Doctor stood up.

His coat began to glow gold. Then the Doctor took a look at Rose and smiled. Then gold light shot out of the Doctor. He began to change. His mane began to change style. The gold light settled down and stood there was a new pony.

While his cutie mark was still an hourglass, his mane was swept off to one side, his coat was grey, and his collar had turned up. He looked at Rose. “Hello Rose.” The new Doctor said.

The 11th Doctor

The Doctor looked at his new body. "Legs! I still got legs!" The Doctor kissed his left leg. "Ears, yes. Eyes, two. Nose, I've had worse. Chin, blimey. Hair, I... I'm a girl! No, No... I'm not a girl. Oh and still not ginger!"

The Doctor looked at Twilight. “Twilight, go to Ponyville and tell everypony to get out of town.”

“Um, okay.” Twilight said. Twilight ran out of the TARDIS towards Ponyville.

Rose looked at the new Doctor. Not only was his look different, so was his voice. Even though Rose had seen the Doctor regenerate before, she hadn’t expected him to regenerate again.

“Rose!” The Doctor shouted. “Get me a crimson bowtie!”

“Okay.” Rose said. She went to the clothes part of the TARDIS and grabbed a crimson bowtie. When she brought it to the Doctor he used his hooves and his mouth to put it on.

“How do I look?” The Doctor asked gleefully.

“Different.” Rose said.

“That’s what I thought.” The Doctor said. “Rose Tyler you have just seen the birth of the 11th Doctor.”

“Nice.” Rose said.

Twilight ran back in the TARDIS saying, “All the ponies in Ponyville have left. What are you planning?”

“We need to get their attention and bring them to the edge of the Everfree Forest.” The Doctor explained. “Then I can use the TARDIS to create a black hole bring them in. But then I have to stop it before it sucks in the rest of Equestria too.”

“Isn’t that a little risky?” Twilight asked.

“Risk is part of the business.” The Doctor replied.

“And one last thing,” Twilight began, “What’s with the bowtie?”

The Doctor looked at Twilight and said, “Bowties are cool.”

Getting some attention

View Online

The Daleks and Cyberponies were fighting in the streets of Ponyville canceling each other out. Rose and Twilight were hiding behind a bush looking at the battle. They had a way of getting attention, but they were putting their lives on the line. They weren’t sure that they completely trusted the new Doctor but they had no other choice.

“Wouldn’t it be easier to just have them cancel each other out?” Twilight asked.

“Maybe, but they might destroy Ponyville in the process.” Rose explained.

“We can rebuild it. We’ve had to before.” Twilight said. Rose stared at Twilight. “Parasprites.”

“However, if they don’t cancel each other out, they could destroy all of Equestria.” Rose said.

“Well that makes sense.” Twilight said. “You ready for this?” Rose nodded. “All right.”

Rose and Twilight stepped out from behind the bush. “Hello Daleks and Cyberponies.” Rose shouted. “What you have for breakfast? Lasers?!”

The Daleks and Cyberponies just starred at them. “This is a lot cheesier than I thought.” Twilight admitted.

A Dalek spoke up, “YOU DARE MOCK THE DALEKS?! YOU WILL BE EXPIRMINATED!!!”

A Cyberpony also spoke up. “You are an inadequate specimen. You will be deleted.”

Then the Daleks and Cyberponies began to go to march towards Twilight and Rose. “That was easier than I thought.” Twilight said. Then they screamed and ran away.

When they reached the hill they hid in the bush while the Cyberponies and Daleks marched past them, saying “EXTERMINATE!!!” and “Delete!” They got out of the bush, and cheered. Until they heard a deep voice behind them say: “Delete.”

They turned around and shrieked as a Cyberpony prepared to ‘delete’ them. Then they saw it screaming in pain as electrical lightning cackled around its head, and then had its head explode. Twilight and Rose looked at each other and then looked up.

Right above them was a flying TARDIS with a Doctor holding a new sonic screwdriver with a green light. “Doctor!!!” Rose and Twilight shouted. A rope ladder lowered. Rose and Twilight climbed it.

When they got in the TARDIS the Doctor was back at the control and the TARDIS was flying to where the Daleks and Cyberponies were. “So how are you going to create the black hole?” Twilight asked.

“There’s a black hole generator on the bottom of the TARDIS.” The Doctor explained. He pointed to a switch. “When I pull this switch, it will create the black hole.” He pointed at another switch. “When I pull this one, the black hole will dissipate.”

Soon, the TARDIS was hovering above the Daleks and Cyberponies. The Doctor used a sound system to speak to them. “Daleks and Cyberponies, I know you are still fighting and not listening, and it's very distracting, so could you stop for a tick, because I AM TALKING!!!"

The Daleks, and Cyberponies looked at the TARDIS and listened. The Doctor continued: "That's better. Now you have destroyed far to many planets in your silly little spaceships, with your silly little guns, but, oh ho, not anymore. Just for once. just for the heck of it, it's time you were stopped, when nobody, oh excuse me, no pony, dies! So, tell me, how does a nice trip into a black hole sound?" The Doctor turned off the speaker and pulled the lever.

The Black Hole

View Online

. The black hole formed and Cyberponies and Daleks alike were pulled into the endless abyss inside it. The ponies in the TARDIS cheered and laughed. When all the Daleks and Cyberponies were pulled into it, the Doctor pulled the other switch. But the black hole raged on.

“What?” The Doctor asked himself. “No, no, no, no.”

“What’s going on?” Twilight asked.

“The switch failed to activate.” The Doctor explained, “There was a small chance that this could happen, so in case it didn’t work, I created this.” The Doctor held up a small spherical object. “This is a BOB. A black hole obliterating bomb. It will make the black hole dissipate and almost everything in it will be destroyed.”

The Doctor opened the TARDIS doors and lowered the rope ladder. Just before the Doctor went down Rose stopped him. “Good luck.”

The Doctor grinned at Rose and said, "I won't need luck." Rose smiled back at him. "I'll need a miracle." The Doctor said. Rose looked at him surprised and, then the Doctor put the BOB in his mouth and climbed down the rope ladder shouting, "Geronimo!"

The wind was raging as grass and dirt was being pulled into the black hole. The Doctor was holding on for dear life to the rope ladder. The bottom of the rope ladder had begun to be pulled into the black hole.

Then a tree came uprooted and hit the Doctor. He let go only for a second, but enough to make him struggle to hold on. He was holding on by a hoof, the BOB still in his mouth.

He knew what had to be done, but he might have to sacrifice himself to do so. With hesitation the Doctor let go of the rope ladder. Almost instantly he was pulled in, but just before he was sucked in, he opened his mouth.

Right after the Doctor was pulled in, the BOB activated and the black hole quickly reduced to a small size and then exploded in a huge shock wave. The TARDIS was sent easily three hundred feet into the air and then came back down again. It crashed with a loud bang sound. It also landed sideways.

Rose opened the door and looked for the Doctor. It was raining soil and dirt. Twilight was flowing Rose. “Doctor!” Rose shouted. She walked around the debris from the black hole, often shouting for the Doctor.

Rose began to cry. She never thought she would lose the Doctor. There had been so much he had survived. She felt a hoof on her shoulder. She looked around and saw the Doctor smiling at her. She instantly hugged him. “Doctor! I thought you were dead!”

The Doctor comforted Rose. “It’s okay Rose. It’s okay.”

Final Good-Byes

“Are you sure you won’t come to Canterlot?” Twilight asked. “Princess Celestia would like to meet you.”

“Nah.” The Doctor replied. “I really don’t like award ceremonies.” The Doctor, Rose, Twilight and her friends were all standing in front of the TARDIS. They had been able to pull it right side up, but some of the contents inside were broken. The Doctor and Rose were saying good-bye.

“Well how about a muffin at Sugar Cube Corner?” Twilight asked.

“No we really ought to leave.” The Doctor explained. “Beside we have a world waiting for us too.”

“But you can travel through time.” Twilight said. “Can’t you just go there in a different time?”

“I could. But I’m not going to.” The Doctor said. “Either way, it’s a nice world you have here. And you have nice friends as well. Cherish them always Twilight Sparkle.” The Doctor and Rose waved good bye, and entered the TARDIS.

The sound Twilight, and her friends heard next was amazing. They had never heard anything like that before. As the sound continued, the TARDIS began to disappear. Soon the TARDIS was gone.

“You think we’ll ever see him again?” Rarity asked.

“I hope so Rarity.” Twilight replied. And as the ponies began to head back to Ponyville, they heard the sound of the TARDIS again. They turned around and saw the TARDIS fading back into existence.

The Doctor opened the door and said, “I think I’ll take that muffin now.” The Doctor smiled, and collapsed on the ground.

The Master looked at the screen. He saw The Doctor being out to bed in the library remaining unconscious. The Master had a plan, but the Doctor was required to make it happen. This new world was just what he needed to create the new time-lord empire. And if anypony got in his way, they would suffer the same fate as the rest of the time-lords.

But The Master needed to wait for the right time. Otherwise all of his careful planning would go to waste. He could not let that happen.

The waiting began.
