The Doctor took that watch out of his pocket and handed it to Pinkie Pie. She took it in her hoof and pressed the open button with the side of her occupied hoof.
The few seconds felt like an eternity wrapped in forever.
"Wow! Good work, Mr. Turner!"
Pinkie took another bite of the cookie as the Doctor sighed in relief. Maybe it wasn't her watch.
Then light poured out of the watch, much like water. It flowed towards Pinkie's face. She had stopped chewing and her pupils shrank.
After a moment the glow faded, leaving a stunned looking Pinkie Pie. She blinked and swallowed her bite of cookie.
"Um...Ms. Pie?"
Pinkie began to glow with that light that came from the watch. She closed her eyes tight as if she were in pain. Her entire coat turned white and her mane turned yellow. Suddenly two wings shot out of her back and folded up. The glowing stopped. Pinkie's face looked calmer but her eyes remained closed.
Derpy walked up next to the Doctor.
"W-what just happened?" she asked.
"That chameleon arch made her into an pegasus with different colors.", said the Doctor with a shrug. "It's not much different than changing from earth pony to Time Lord."
"Oh always so clever, Doctor." said Pinkie in a English accent.
"Wait a minute." said the Doctor. "I've heard that voice before....no....NO!"
Pinkie opened her eyes and smiled slightly.
"Hello, Sweetie."

Oh gods! I really wish we could see River meet Derpy in canon with the original Pinkie Who timeline, considering that - for Dinky to be a Time Lord - she's the Doctor's daughter by Derpy, which means they got it on. I could so see this.
River: So you're the Doctor's companion?
Yup. He's such a swell guy.

Out of all the alternative chapters, this one is the best simply cause River.

ALL OF MY YES I LOVED THIS STORY.
Well, that voice was hilarious.
But something even more important occurred to me. There's a possible paradox/plot hole here.
Remember when Pinkie said that Derpy and the Doctor had a child? But their universes doctor was bumped out of reality by our doctor? Imagine further down the line, our doctor has a child with Derpy but how could he if Pinkie is over 200 years old? That would make her well... much more into the future born which uhh... BLAST IT, MY HEAD
Surprise is River? ...that makes way too much sense.
Oh the likes and faves I would give if this chapter was fleshed out and written as a full story!
please let someone have done that story!
Chapter nine: Alternate Timeline 3:
The comma here is superfluous.
Oh, wow. Oh, boy, here we go.
All the periods are superfluous and the commas should be on the inside of the close quotation marks.
This was pretty good. You should just keep going with these, making Pinkie Pie into different versions of herself from all over the fandom.

4051370 At some point in the future Derpy and the Doctor have a child. This child being Dinky. They stay in Ponyville to let Dinky grow up (This isn't mentioned in the story, but it allows Dinky's appearances in Ponyville to make sense). When Dinky is grown up enough they all travel in the TARDIS for a while. Long enough for Dinky to know how to drive the TARDIS and to get an arcane sonic screwdriver. Dinky finds out about her the Doctor destroying Gallopfrey. She assumes it's her father and runs away, stealing a piece of the Doctor's TARDIS to grow her own. An undetermined amount of time passes as Dinky travels in her TARDIS. Dinky get's hurt and starts to regenerate. She crashes her TARDIS in Ponyville, which trashes her TARDIS pretty bad. Dinky becomes Pinkie and her TARDIS is disguised as Gummy. Pinkie spends 50 years in Ponyville before the events of Pinkie Who. I hope that clears up confusion.
4052492 I would, but I feel people would get annoyed after a while because it would just be the same thing and never end. I think River Song is a good ending point for the story. Mostly because it leaves everyone wanting a version of this with River Song, which at the current moment I have no plans to write. I also have more stories to write. Better and Cooler all featuring our favorite Doctor.

Pinkie is the anomaly here, since you said she is the Doctor's daughter. Did you mean their universes Doctor or our one? If it's our one, then when did he get to their universe to have his child? Wouldn't it have been their universes Doctor since Pinkie has their universes Doctors blood?

4056409 Let's see if we can decrypt this. Dinky is Pinkie. Pinkie is the Doctor's daughter. That is our Doctor. At some point in the Doctor's future he and Derpy will have Dinky. Dinky will learn of the OTHER Doctor destroying Gallopfrey and get angry at our Doctor because she thinks he did it. Before the Doctor can explain she leaves and grows her own TARDIS. She gets stuck in Ponyville 50 years before the events of Pinkie Who. She becomes Pinkie. Pinkie meets the past version of her parents. She has a little adventure with a past version of her father to save a past version of her mother. Dinky then makes peace with her father over something that hasn't actually happened yet. Did that help your brain?

Well at the very least it just meant that she has now met her biological father (very biological) but fails to ask her dimensions Doctor about why he did it so she settles it with our Universes Doctor.
Which makes me believe that their Doctor was ejected before Dinky was born.

4061614 Dinky has never met the Doctor that destroyed Gallopfrey. Every interaction with Dinky and the Doctor has been with our Doctor. The other Doctor's contribution to the story was destroying Gallopfrey and the reveal with Nightmare Moon.

I understand this perfectly. In the actual Doctor Who show, the pocket watch was the way the Master, when escaped the time lock created to stop the time war. He later opened it and was reborn. Then the silurian shot him, he regenerated in the Doctor's TARDIS, which he later turned into a Pardox Machine.
So Pinkie turns into Surprise....who turns out to be River Song.....
My life is now complete. :D

I feel I was the only one expecting a different, slightly more evil Timelord in this Alt. One with a bit more... Mastery.
