Pinkie Pie meets Doctor Whooves for the first time. He cleverly lies and says his name is Time Turner and he fixes clocks. He's surprised when she approaches him with a pocket watch...wait...those marks...is that Gallifreyan?

Author's note: It's best to be a Whovian if you are to read this. While I try to write this as simple to understand as possible, it just makes the story a better read.
Also, this Doctor Whooves is based on The Doctor from the Doctor Whooves and Assistant series. This point is after Appleoosa and prior to the events of Wrong Way Backwards. Familiarity with source material will make the story better.

This is the THIRD Pinkie Pie is a time lord story I've read. And this is so far the best.

From the description, I was surprised that the Doctor did not giggle when he thought about Twilight, considering his obsession with unicorns, and the way he acted when he met Twilight in Wrong Way Backwards.
This is an interesting story. I think this is the first Doctor Whooves story I have read. I enjoyed reading this, I shall favorite and upvote it to see where it goes. As Winston Churchill said, "KBO."

I was a bit too focused on trying to find a pony pun for him to giggle at. Which, oddly enough, still hasn't happened in Chapter 2. Regardless. Thanks for pointing that out. I appreciate it.

Another possibility in who Pinkie Pie is Time Lord relative.
If you've seen the latest Doctor Who special, you know the Doctor's regenerations were reset.
If you saw the prior special, you know there are circumstances that will allow different incarnations of the Doctor to meet.
Therefor, if Time Turner is Doctor number 10, then Pinkie could be Doctor number 17 or something like that. That'd be interesting and hilarious.
Another possibility. Pinkie is this universe version of River Song, who hasn't used up her regenerations yet and stuck her Time Lord essence in the watch and forgot how to open it. Which means Pinkie could be the Doctor's daughter! ...or a regeneration of Dinky.

Maybe Pinkie is a future Doctor or a timelord/timepony the Doctor will meet but went back in time due to Doctor related issues and used the watch to forget about the doctor. Whatever it is, I want to know her timelord name/title and see what a timelord party by timelord pinkie would be like.
