Applejack has gone through a lot in her life. She's lost family, been a primary caregiver, even had a few massive shifts in her identity... And she's still standing. She's still here.

But is that enough?

Cheerilee is a happy mare. She has an amazing marefriend, loves her job, and overall has a happy life. 

Sure, Rara’s music career can keep them apart for some time and sure, maybe she gets a little annoyed with her students occasionally but those little things are just part of life. 

It’s not like he has any skeletons in her closet. 

Nope, Cheerilee is an unhappy stallion mare.

A collaborative effort between me and Quirky Craft. They came up with the idea, and I simply wrote it out so we could both say we were able to come up with something for 2021’s Pride & Positivity despite them being busy with finals and myself drained of ideas ^^’

Trying to write this story was a struggle but when I listened to Vylet Pony's Antonymph this morning, I figured out the exact direction I wanted to take it in, what I wanted to do. This is fluffy celebration, pure and simple, with notes of my own personal life sprinkled in. I hope people enjoy it!
