Spin-off sequel to Fashionista's Dilemma.

Channel surfing can have its consequences -- Michael Walker discovers a mystery channel that allows him to view a side of Ponyville not normally seen. He is surprised to find that he can converse with some of the ponies, only to have Pinkie Pie pull him through the TV into the cartoon world. Brenda witnesses this and angrily follows her husband through the TV. They discover they cannot return the way they came.

They encounter difficulties in Equestria and are forced to adapt to their new surroundings. Eventually they discover that things aren't as bright and cheerful as they sometimes appear on television, and that displeasing the Princess also has its consequences. Their marriage will be severely tested as Brenda learns certain lessons the hard way and Michael is forced to resist certain temptations.

This story borrows from norspark's "What's Going On and Why do I Feel Fabulous" as well as my earlier story, "Twilight For a Day." Special thanks to norspark for allowing me to borrow his characters. Nick woke up as Rarity but didn't realize he was sharing her body with her. Needing assistance, he calls on Michael Walker, still in Twilight's body, via his girlfriend Jacquelynn who calls up Mike's wife Brenda. The two meet up and Mike works on a plan to get Nick and Rarity back into their own bodies with the help of Princess Celestia. Unbeknownst to them, a sinister force has other plans...

This story is a spin-off of "Twilight for a Day" and explores the question of what might have happened had there been a set of different circumstances. Michael Walker, a middle-aged man, is transformed into Twilight Sparkle. A string of bad luck plagues him, and he must deal with this the best way he can. When will he change back, if ever? How will society treat him in his new form? And what will eventually become of him?

I wasn't the most consistent fan of My Little Pony, in all honesty. In fact that show wasn't the only thing on my list of interests. For a long while I had left those colorful ponies in the dust. I practically missed seasons 7-8 because I had gotten bored. However... it was the last season that drew me back in. I guess I now know a bit about the show, but not everything. I definitely knew of Cozy Glow however. She was hated by everyone. Well, except me. For some reason I liked her as the mischievous little filly she was. Her character interested me and I wanted to learn more. I wanted to see what kind of history she had. Why did she decide to turn evil? She was probably the only reason I went back to previous seasons.

You could guess how disappointed I was when the finale came up. Instead of helping her, they turned her to stone. Instead of trying to figure out the issue, they left her behind to be forgotten. Everyone cheered and laughed while Cozy, Chrysalis, and Tirek were turned into statues for the rest of eternity. I was displeased. Afterwards I drifted away and instead tried to focus on my work. I had to, after all. I was becoming an adult. I was growing up. Though the stress might pile up on me, I had to keep going. I had to get things done...

I could keep going... couldn't I?

It seems however that the universe had decided to drag me back into a world of rainbows and magic. Imagine my surprise when I suddenly woke up the next day inside a cage in the deepest, darkest chambers of Tartarus. Not only that but also as the small pink bundle of feathers that everyone loathed and despised. A billion questions rang through my head but the most prominent ones of all continuously pounded against my skull: What in the holy hell do I do from here?
And how do I stop what comes next?

[Note: This is half a self-insert and half not really. This character is different from me but does have a few traits from me as well. Like cursing, I curse a lot, but there are some traits here and there I don't really have.]

Peter Westmoore, 19 years old. Friends describe him as hard working, but a stick in the mud.
Peter never enjoyed the party scene, not when he could be honing his skills as an animator, nor did he have a taste for alcohol. And what does all that responsibility get him? A quick night terror and being dragged to Equestria. Now he, or rather "she" has to find a way back to his/her world. But the six colors adorning his new equine shape simply keep getting in the way. How will a now stressed college student adapt to the happy go lucky world of ponies, and as a filly no less?

Hi, no the story isn't dead, I'm just on the loosest schedule I can manage and still call it a schedule.

Like I've said in previous comments, this stories muse is out for a match of tennis, so it's grinding by very slowly.

On top of that, the most recent chapters don't flow very well with the rest of the story, so here's what I'm thinking;

I'm going to put 'er on hiatus, and go back, do a bit of touch up work on the chapters, bring the whole story in for an overhaul, then continue once it's all cleaned up.

If that doesn't work out, then I'll just have to buckle down and force out the next few chapters, but I think we all know how well that would turn out.

Facing with such a bizarre occurrence, the now-pony decided to go about fixing it alone, and trotted down a path of unknown.

When an ancient foe begins to awaken upon a world after hundreds of years, the aid of a new hero is sought. But this new hero is not from this world but rather one from another universe. Follow this unfolding tale of adventure and see what lessons in friendship can be learned when two royal ponies of differing ages & experience must work together to help save another world.

When Discord returns to Ponyville, the ponies think they already know all of his tricks. But when Twilight Sparkle gets sent to another dimension, where Pegasi dwell on Butterfly Island and Unicorns make rainbows in Unicornia, there seems to be no way to reunite the ponies! The Elements will have to find new hosts, and Twilight some new friends, as the ponies of this new world will have to learn true danger and bravery, and Twilight true friendship.

When Rainbow Dash finds herself lost in a new and unfamiliar village, she reaches out to a certain lavender-hued stranger for help. But to Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash is no stranger; at least until she notice her strange new voice, a lack of wings, and a fondness of the word ‘darling’. Intrigued by the uncanny looks to one of her best friends, she decides to lend the newcomer a helping hoof, but things go from weird to weirder when Pinkie Pie happily announces that she too has met her lookalike. Twilight Sparkle and her friends take it upon themselves to find out the truth behind this mystery: who are these doppelgangers? Could there really be another Ponyville out there? And what does it all have to do with Discord’s lost legacy?
