Following the events "Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep?" Celestia, with the help of Twilight and her friends, tries to get Luna to open up about the feelings she carried after being released from her Nightmare Moon persona.

With his reformation at the hooves of Fluttershy, friendship for Discord doesn't seem like an impossibility. Now, he tries to regain a friend that he lost ages ago.

The poems are my views on the frame of mind that Luna goes through as she spirals into despair and depression and her fight to keep herself from devolving back into Nightmare Moon.

It has been nearly a year since her return, but Luna continues to hide herself away from everypony else, including her sister, and continues to drift farther and farther away. But now the time has come to change that...

Princess Luna keeps much to herself. Not even her sister knows the truth lurking in the depths in her heavy heart. She puts in ink what she never could in words.

Celestia finds out Luna has depression, but instead of making her feel better, Luna ran off. But, when one draconequus finds her in the the garden, things change for the better.

Depression is the feeling of severe despondency and dejectionion. In life we can all feel depression whether it be brief or everlasting, the fact is how we deal with it. Luna faces this same issue but does she face it the correct way?
