One day a man wakes up in a pony's bed. For the next several days the two of them try to discover why such a thing happened.

When a man needs a shave in Ponyville, there isn't really anywhere to go. After all, horses don't shave! So, you have no choice but to go to the most stylish pony in town for assistance: Rarity. Lucky for you, she's the helpful type, and is willing to make you look good as new. But at what cost?

When a filly grows up and becomes a mare, the process and numerous body changes are bound to be difficult. It was certainly true for humans where you came from, and you certainly don't relish your own memories of "coming of age." As Sweetie Belle is going through that change now, you're definitely sympathetic, and happy to offer some words of comfort to her.

Affection therapy: a new and innovative practice in Equestria wherein the patient/subject is calmed and relaxed through simple displays of platonic affection, such as ear scratches, nose boops, and belly rubs. It's surprisingly effective, and leaves the pony happy and content. The strangest thing, however, is that you, a simple human living in Ponyville, 'invented' this practice completely by accident.

*I wrote this a long time ago, before Every Little Thing She Does aired. The first chapter takes place between No Second Prances and that episode, and I decided to touch it up and release it now as an early Christmas gift to you guys, as a simple piece of cute, platonic fluff. Pfft, khh. It's not like this happens everyday! She clearly doesn't know she needs some help with her potential stallionfriend. So you're going to go visit this 'Sunshine Sprite' character and explain all this to him, for both Rainbow and his own benefit.

After all, what could possibly go wrong?
