A songless siren is a miserable thing. Not only was singing their weapon and their means of control, it was the sirens' preferred means of expression, recreation, and a part of their identities. As such, to say they've all been a little depressed since the Battle of the Bands would be a considerable understatement. Imagine their surprise when that which was taken from them is offered back on one very simple condition!

One very simple, somewhat embarrassing condition that involves cheering for their former enemies and waving pom-poms around. At least the outfits are cute, right?

The Princess of Friendship gets Sunset's message that something is up at Canterlot High. She immediately leaves Equestria to help out her friends. Once she got to the other side, though, she meets her friends having a picnic with herself? Uh, oh. The conversation she has with herself gets interesting.

Spoiler: If you watched Friendship Games, this is the ending when Twilight comes to Canterlot High after the events of Midnight Sparkle.

With the Friendship Games concluding, Twilight Sparkle is excited to start her schooling at Canterlot High, and so is everyone else. But, Canterlot High isn't all sunshine and rainbows. The girls at CHS will face challenges along the way. But, they'll face them together.

A few hours after saving the Friendship Games, Sunset Shimmer and her good friend Twilight Sparkle are relaxing on the CHS lawn. The two are so close that Sunset finally feels like she can ask a question that's been on her mind for a while.

"Can I go home?"

Deciding to take a vacation from her busy life in Equestria, Twilight Sparkle decides to visit the human world to see her friend, Sunset Shimmer. The two then decided two have a meal at Sunset's favorite diner, and It'll be a meal Twilight will never forget.

It's just been a few days since the friendship games, but something drastic has changed. The solar system of Earth isn't what the inhabitants of the planet are used to. Plus there are two teenage, high-school students, who control the most important objects in the sky.
