Peace has returned to Canterlot High School and nobody fears Sunset Shimmer since the Battle of The Bands, but a new threat know as Decepticons, lead by Megatron, wants to conquer Earth and the rest of the Universe. Now Twilight Sparkle and the Rainbooms must join with Optimus Prime and the Autobots in their galatic civil war that last eons. Will the heroic Autobots prevail and bring peace to the Universe or will the evil Decepticons win this war and conquer Humankind?

At Canterlot High School, the Rainbooms try to get Fluttershy to stop being so shy, but not the way she wants it! Meanwhile, the Decepticons arrive to Canterlot High to learn better so they can still beat the Autobots. With Canterlot High transforming into Kaon High, Fluttershy fails a basketball game which makes her friends tease her and it's up to Lord Megatron and Commander Starscream to fix this...

TF: Set in the Transformers Prime Universe. This will include some offline characters from the show such as Skyquake, Dreadwing, Breakdown, the Eradicon Vehicon Squadron, and characters that haven't showed up before Season 3 such as Shockwave and Preadaking.

MLP EQG: Right after Rainbow Rocks and before Friendship Games. This will have the Shadowbolts such as Sour Sweet and Indigo Zap.

Applebloom just wanted to spend a day with her friends, crusading for her cutie mark. Instead, she found something even deeper and more troubling about herself. Turns out she's not even a member of the Apple Family by blood. In fact, she's not even truly native to Equestria! She's an alien! An alien robot no less!

Now Applebloom will have to deal with the reality of her origins and try to cope with them and her newfound abilities as she moves towards her future; a future that just might never come to be if her new foes have anything to say about it. Decepticons are, after all, a monstrous cabal.

Now, it's up to Applebloom to light Equestria's darkest hour.

When Soundwave losses hope for Decepticon cause after Megatron's death he leaves Cybertron to find a new home, but when a freak accident lands him in the peaceful land of Equestria he must adapt to this new world with the help of a down on her luck DJ, Vinyl Scratch. Watch as they try to survive the wrath of Princess Luna, Soundwave's old rivals, and the evil Equestria has to offer.

(Takes place during the old 1980's movie of transformers, also Soundwave is gonna be a combination of 1980's Soundwave and Transformers War for Cybertron Soundwave. Also including Fall of Cybertron and small amount of Beast Wars references)

The Decepticons come to Equestria to obtain all their resources. With the Autobots stuck on Earth, and magic having little effect on Transformers, the Decepticons have little to oppose them. Starscream is pulled out to a different light from seeing the planet and starts to remember how he used to be before the Cybertronian war and little more 'organic' insight of the planet.

Rainbow Dash however isn't going to let her planet go without a fight and she has back up from an unlikely source.

While on a camping trip, Twilight Sparkle and her friends decide to investigate a mysterious meteorite- and find an unexpected visitor came along with it! (G1 Transformers/FiM crossover!)

The war between the Autobots and Decepticons ravaged their home world of Cybertron, four million years ago in a battle that lead to the loss of many lives the two factions landed on earth through a space bridge, now only recently reactivated their war has been reignited on our world. Several years into the conflict Decepticons have began to attack human resources at an alarming rate, prompting Optimus Prime to believe that they are building another space bridge. With Autobots and resources at an all-time low he reluctantly calls upon the aid of the Dinobots. In the cold land of Greenland Grimlock notices the monster that made him, the mad scientist Shockwave, losing all control he attacks him head on, sending Shockwave, himself and several other Decepticons through the portal. Now Grimlock is in a world full of colorful, magical ponies... THIS should be interesting...

It was a normal day in Equestria, and the CMC planned to use it to the fullest, doing what they do best; crusading for their cutie marks, along side their new members. That all change when a mysterious ship crushed never them, and upon exploring the ship, a series of events changed the lives of these six young ponies beyond their wildest dreams. With help of their new friend, the young ponies may make sense out of this, and mayebe, just maybe finally earn what they seek.

Meanwhile, in another part of Equestria. old foe prepared for another attack. Armed with mysterious new weapons and a plan worse then the last, cold this foe finally do what it set out to do? Or would our young poines step up and save all of Equestria?

Note: This will take place within the early days of Transformers Prime, and will features ideas from different forms of the line. It would also features mostly made up Transformers, but with guest appearance by well known characters.

Based on the Transformers Prime: Rage of the Dinobots comics and Fall of cybertron

Arc 1 summery (chapters 1-5)

After helping all the remaining Autobots escape Cybertron, the Dinobots are the last Autobots on their home planet, they must leave but when they do so an accident puts them in stasis for thousands of years, motionless until a cretin sonic rainboom wakes Grimlock up. Now the Autobots must learn to survive on this new world. however the Decepticons soon arrive and start to make problems for the ponies while keeping their existence a secret.

Arc 2 summery (chapters 6-11)
The cybertronians are no longer a secret, now they must locate the fabled Allspark, the source of all cybertronian life while battling a new enemy, Thunderwing who has a mysterious agenda of his own.

Arc 3 Summery (chapters 11-20)

Unicron has awakened, and the Autobots and ponies must work together if they have a chance of defeating him, will they succeed, or fail? The final chapters in this mind blowing story will end in a way it began.

Twilight Sparkle finds an ancient star chart which shows the location of another world, Earth, as well as a powerful teleportation spell capable of interstellar travel. Princess Celestia allows Twilight to go to the other world for exploration. However, due to the Changeling invasion during the royal wedding, the negative energies it produced also frees Discord from his stone prison, who also decides that Earth should be his new playground. Meanwhile the Autobots continue to defend Earth from Megatron, and his Decepticons; ignorant that a new player is about to release chaos upon the world. And Megatron is not about to let another would-be conqueror steal his prize. Equestria also has it's problems when Queen Chrysalis returns to Canterlot, bent on usurping Celestia and Luna.
Twilight Sparkle, and Optimus Prime must save two worlds from three powerful villains.

(This takes place at some point during the 20 year time frame between The Transformers G1 series Season 2 and Transformers: The Movie; and 1 week after the Royal Wedding in Canterlot.)
