Newly reformed and eager to put his magic to good use, Discord has decided to become a teacher and bask Equestria in the greatness that is his knowledge. Unfortunately for Celestia, he's decided she'll be his first student. Time for her to deal with a lesson about chaos theory. Hopefully she'll survive in time for the test.

Princess Twilight Sparkle has always been quite the student, even before she earned the title of Princess. However, her new responsibilities require some new knowledge; an idea of what Equestria was, what the world was before Order was established and the Princesses came to power. The problem is finding somebody who can teach these things.

If only there was some ancient being who had been through everything, who had been alive before the time of Order, before Princess Luna became Nightmare Moon, before King Sombra ruled over the Crystal Empire. Perhaps someone from the Era of Chaos, when Discord Draconequus had reigned over everything... But where in Canterlot Castle would they ever find somebody like that?

Do you know what it's like to be trapped in stone, not fun. Especially if you're someone like Discord and have to deal with your own twisted mind. Let's take a look into Discords mind while he's trapped in stone and see how enjoys other company. Of course, this would all be easier if he wasn't insane.

Discord is bored. He's really bored. He needs some entertainment in his life. But ever since being reformed, his time spent has been nothing but dreadful. He's all alone, up on some tower looking out at Equestria wondering what would've become of it if a little chaos appeared here and there. That's all he ever wanted. A little chaos. Then the perfect idea came. Harmless chaos... and the perfect kind of it.

It was time for Discord to take up writing, and what better writing is there than stories that are true? There's really nothing wrong with a bit of romance between ponies, right? With Discord as the author, what could possibly go wrong?

When Discord hears that his botanical creation, poison joke, continues to flourish in the Everfree, he simply cannot resist a good prank. Poison joke in hand, he storms Canterlot Castle.

Needless to say, the princesses are not impressed. But then, neither is Discord, since the joke also has an unexpected effect on him. And none of them know the cure.

Tonight, on a very special episode of My Little Pony…

Spike may have finally found someone who can reveal the identity of his parents. But when that someone is Discord, has our little dragon bitten off more than he can chew?

~-Spike jumped up from the couch in excitement. "Then you've actually met them!?"

Somehow, Discord's grin managed to stretch even wider. "Ohhhhhh yes. In fact, I've known your father since the day we were born! And your mother… well let's just say she and I are intimately acquainted…"-~

Discord has been turned to stone by the power of the Elements of Harmony, but his consciousness has been left uneffected. Now powerless, he can only observe the events around him and think on his past life.

What if Discord never ate the reforming spell Twilight was going to use on him as a last resort? What would happen to the Spirit of Chaos when a spell forcibly changes him to what the ponies' morality consider good to be? Nothing good, that's for sure. Or rather, nothing bad, according to the new Discord the spell creates.

Fluttershy abuses her adorable powers in an attempt to seduce Discord. Will she succeed? Probably not.

The time for reckoning has come. After nearly a thousand years of avoidance and dread, Discord's fate is sealed in what is surely his end. Can the Spirit of Chaos and Disharmony possibly survive what is most likely his certain doom? Or will the perils be too great for him to manage?

All he knows is that minty fresh breath will be the least of his worries.
