Corporal Raincloud has been selected for the most coveted post in the Equestrian military, Canterlot Palace. At first, it seems like a dream come true. He soon comes to realize he had no idea what he was in for, an up-close look behind the scenes at Equestria's seat of power.

Fed up with Equestra's anti-drug laws, a group of hippy activists hatch an ambitious plan to douse Celestia with LSD. Hilarity ensues.

After Big Macintosh helps the Mane Six out of a jam, he finds his ordinary life of
peaceful routine thoroughly disrupted by the various misadventures those crazy
ponies always seem to get themselves into.
