Everypony has a special connection with their friends, sometimes before they've even met. What most ponies fail to realize is that this connection will always be there, no matter what happens. Or fails to happen.

A speedster fails to break her barriers, and in so doing learns how to move them.
A timid animal lover, prevented from following the dreams she only just found, resolves to chase them anyway. 
Two tearful foals meet, forming a partnership more enduring than any mountain.
A country mouse adapts to the city, and discovers how to bring two worlds together.
And a lonely filly fails her trials, only to pass the greatest test of all.

Though Rainbows may hide from the weather, Harmony knows not defeat.
For Magic may bind souls together, but Friendship makes it all complete.

Waking up in an alternate universe in which you are a supervillain can be hard.

Finding out your friends are rebels trying to kill or overthrow you isn't very easy to deal with either.

But trying to solve the situation? That's a real horn cracker.

Twilight loves her. She is the Princess, the beautiful, powerful, kind ruler of Equestria. But when the Princess denies her, Twilight vows to become stronger, to be better. Until one day, she will be so powerful that not even her mentor can ignore her any longer. One day, she would make Celestia love her back.

Twilight feels it's her duty to help her mentor on any tasks, especially ones that involve books. What she doesn't know is the Princess Celestia has called her to Canterlot for a much more romantic reason. How will Twilight react to the sudden revelation of her mentor's love, and how she manipulated and tricked her. But most importantly, how will she deal with not having a new book? More comedic in the beginning, more serious at the end.

A sequel to Everypony Has Secrets. You could probably not read it and still make sense of the story. Though I would suggest reading the story before reading this one if you want to understand the premise of this story.

With her friends standing by her, she must manage to overcome new obstacles, learn a new way of life, and discover just how long secrets last when hidden from those who know you best.
