This story is a sequel to Elementals of Harmony

Ditzy Doo returns home one day to find an old friend waiting for her with dire news and a brain in a jar. With the latter, she will witness the answer to a pair of ominous questions: What if Jin-Gitaxias was a brony? What if New Phyrexia tried to invade Equestria?

As noted above, this is a sequel. Read the first story first, or little if anything will make sense. A certain level of gore and body horror will inevitably arise, given the nature of Phyrexia (For the card game illiterate: Like the Borg, but with more magic and much less attachment to the humanoid form.)

Cancelled after a long remission. You can see what would have been here.

This story is a sequel to Elementals of Harmony

A collection of stories set in the same Multiverse as Elementals of Harmony. Among other things, you will learn about Lyra's employers, how Equestria was made (really), and whether Luna snores.

A Friendship is Magic: the Gathering crossover, like its predecessor. Reading Elementals first is strongly recommended, as there will be spoilers.

Categories have been chosen in light of the wide range of tone.

It was a night like any other in Ponyville. It was, until a shooting star turned into a burning streak that roared overhead before crashing off into the distance. At first it looked like a meteor. But then it had turned, quite sharply, and flattened its trajectory, sailing uncomfortably close to the treetops.

Twilight Sparkle had dismissed the idea of visitors from beyond the stars as pure fantasy, the type of pulp novel that Rainbow Dash seemed to enjoy. Now it was a frightening possibility, and now nothing could ever be the same.

Unbeknownst to her, the accidental visitors to Equestria are just as frightened. Laws of physics that had long been understood and mastered have broken down, leaving them trapped and sitting on a possible ticking time bomb on this strange fantasia of an alien world. As utopias collide, both are faced with an event outside all comprehension, events which civilizations rarely encounter more than once, and generally the same way as a sentence encounters a full stop.

A crossover with The Culture series by the late Iain M. Banks.

This story is a sequel to Stardust

Times are changing for Equestria as Twilight’s return brings with it news of people and cultures from beyond the peaceful world everypony knows. Aid and volunteers are freely offered to help the besieged humans of Earth because every Equestrian knows that’s what good friends do. Unfortunately, making friends can also have the unintended consequence of making enemies.

When the monsters besieging the humans strike at Equestria with a level of brutality not seen in over a thousand years, the cry for help is sent to all the kingdoms of the world. Honored allies step forth to fulfill ancient treaties and oaths. Enemies, old and new, bury their grievances. An alliance never before seen in Equestria will be created to combat the monsters from the void.

And because of these events, a grim but welcome sibling to the XCOM project is born.

(XCOM/FiM Crossover)
(Sequel to Stardust, which I recommend reading before starting this. Fortitude Amicitia and Broken aren't required reading but are supplemental to the storyline)
(Gore tag for blood and violence)
(Alternate Universe tag because of the divergence from canon that Stardust has caused)
(Uses elements of Season 4)
(Coverart produced by the amazing Carnelian!)
(Many thanks to Arzoo, BradTheBrony, Vandenbz and Setokaiva for prereading!)
(As of 03/07/2016, the prereading team consists of Arzoo, BradTheBrony, Noble Cause and Metallusionsismagic!)
(Complete with it's own TVTropes page as part of the Stardust continuity. Could use some updating!)
(Character tags will be added as chapters are added!)
(Featured 5/12/2014! Thanks folks!)
(Possible spoilers in the comments! BEWARE!)

When the ad for a roommate was answered by a pony, Louis was more than a bit surprised. He had heard about them in the news, and how they had come from another world. But what Bronies had wished for wasn't exactly what they found. Now the real ponies are visiting earth, and he has one living with him. How will the straight laced normal guy learn to deal with a hyperactive pink pony, and how will she learn to live in a world without magic?

A bit of a sitcom style slice of life, where the real ponies are as different from the show as we are from cartoon humans. Rated PG13 for innuendo and language. Expect foul language, F-bombs, sexual innuendos, and tons of low-brow dirty humor.

The Second Age of Sail, I often hear this era called. Personally, I think the very definition of irony should be that we would have to develop spaceflight, nuclear fusion and ways to reach worlds beyond our own just to circle back to using wind-powered vessels. Not that I really care how this old bird gets from port to port, the important thing is that the drinks are cheap and the work is good—in that specific order.

I'm a free mariner. My domain is wherever the wind blows, and my sovereign is none. If you can respect those rules... welcome aboard.

In the grim darkness of the far future, cyborg supersoldier Alita is locked in battle with the mad scientist Desty Nova amongst the shattered ruins of Earth. Fighting in dreams as well as reality, the two yearn to transcend the world of suffering and carnage that has forged them. In Equestria, Twilight Sparkle is hard at work developing a new teleportation spell, and subconsciously latches on to their desire. Their starkly different worlds soon collide.

A Battle Angel Alita crossover.

Something is gathering around the bearers of the Elements of Harmony. Something dangerous. Something magical. There's only one pony with the knowledge, the skills, and the muffins needed to save Equestria as we know it.
A Friendship is Magic: the Gathering crossover, taking place between seasons 1 and 2. Here there be flashbacks, briefly seen OC's, and possibly every emotion known to man or tiny horse. Abandon all pretenses of not being a nerd, ye who enter here.

They finally revealed themselves in the mid 21st century. After hundreds of years of clandestine observation and experimentation, they admitted defeat in their quest to prevent the genetic death of their race. Thus, they gave us their knowledge and technology in the hopes we could avoid their fate. But the gifts came with a responsibility: we had to assume their role in overseeing and protecting the various worlds they had taken under their wing, or in some cases, had outright created as experiments. Amongst these is, of course, Equis, the one experiment world with a full ecosystem complete with non-human sapient natives, and we can't exactly wear a body suit and expect to fit in.

And that is why I'm a mint-colored unicorn now, mom.

...No mom, I'm not joking. Why? The pay is good, I get to see a new world, help protect innocents from the meaner denizens of the place, that sort of thing. ...No, mom, I am not still upset that you didn't get me a car on my sixteenth birthday. I wasn't really upset in the first place, honestly. ...Should you really be asking that? ...Okay, if it'll get you to stop asking, yeah, everything works. Yes, even that. No, I have not tried it out! I don't even have fingers! Oh for the love of—just, just put dad on the line, okay? I've only got fifty seconds before my card runs out and I start paying full rate for interstellar calls. Lousy telecom companies.

-This story inspired and largely influenced by Project: Sunflower by Hoopy McGee, but it is a separate, unconnected story. No endorsement from said author is implied.

Rated Teen for occasional foul language, discussion of mature topics, and fighting scenes. Nothing graphic, however. This is a story in progress, and as such tags for characters and/or categories may be edited as future updates may warrant.
