Peace has returned to Canterlot High School and nobody fears Sunset Shimmer since the Battle of The Bands, but a new threat know as Decepticons, lead by Megatron, wants to conquer Earth and the rest of the Universe. Now Twilight Sparkle and the Rainbooms must join with Optimus Prime and the Autobots in their galatic civil war that last eons. Will the heroic Autobots prevail and bring peace to the Universe or will the evil Decepticons win this war and conquer Humankind?

For the longest time, peace settled in New York City. Young Peter Parker, otherwise known as the Amazing Spider-Man, got a long, relaxing break. No goblins, no rhinos, no lizards. But this will all change, as it always does for Spider-Man. He must save the day again, but this time, things have changed. Dr. Octopus has created a universal traveling vortex, that can teleport any being to a new dimension. Spider-Man must seek the help of Madam Web to grab hold of the new land he has fallen to: Equestria.
Adventure, and Action will pursue.

Medical Officer Ratchet gets an opportunity to have his peaceful time with the Mane 7 and Spike. However, Chrysalis returns with revenge as she creates a band of evil robotic clones to destroy both Ratchet and his pony friends. Ratchet must lead his friends to victory as they confront their returning foe.

Note: This takes place after Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and during the events of MLP: FIM season 8 episode 13: The Mean Six.

After they lost their home planet Cybertron to a devastating civil war, the Autobots and Decepticons arrive in Canterlot City, just as the Friendship Games came to their climactic conclusion, with Sunset Shimmer helping the human world's Twilight Sparkle overcome her dark alter-ego, Midnight Sparkle.

Sunset Shimmer and friends are drawn into the war when it reaches their city and, coupled with Twilight recovering from her ordeal, shocking revelations and new magical threats emerging from a familiar foe, the girls are in for an adventure that will change their lives forever...

Twilight ends up befriending Sonic and has to help him when they draw the attention of the military organisation G.U.N. and especially the eccentric and pure evil Dr Robotnik.

This story is a sequel to Turtles of Everfree

After saving Camp Everfree from being taken by Filthy Rich, the Rainbooms, the Turtles, and the Dazzlings tell the campers a story of when they time traveled back to the Dinosaurs time where they had to tame Dinosaurs, fight Triceratons, and rescue Bebop and Rocksteady.
