After preparing for a new mission, the turtles drive the van to TCRI.
They arrive at TCRI in hiding and soon get out of the van, they mysteriously pass from some Kraangs, upon entering, they knocked some Kraangs portholes.
"So, where is this portal?" Raph asked.
"It could be in any of the rooms." Donnie answered.
"But were?" Mikey asked before Leo silences everyone: "Guys, quiet." He whispers.
The turtles hide after seeing two Kraangs walking, the two Kraangs stopped to talk.
"Kraang, what will Kraang be doing while Kraang help with what is known as a problem?" The first Kraang asked.
"Kraang will go to the world known as Equestria." The second Kraang answered.
"Kraang also went to what is known as Equestria, and honestly Kraang did not like what is known as Equestria." Said the first Kraang.
"But Kraang by any means goes to what is known as Equestria." Said the second Kraang.
The first Krang leaves the second Kraang and the second Kraang walks, the turtles follow the second Kraang that had already arrived in a room, the room had the portal not open, the second Kraang goes to the another Kraang that was watched and connected the portal.
"Kraang, what world Kraang will go to this time?" The other Kraang asked.
"Kraang will go to the world known as Equestria." The second Kraang answered.
The other Kraang turned the munitors and the portal for Equestria opens, and the entrance for Equestria was verry colorful.
"Ooooooh, this is so beautiful!" Said Mikey with his eyes shining.
The second Kraang enters the portal and the portal closes. The turtles mysteriously enter the room and
knocked the Kraang that was guarded the portal.
"Donnie, you can open the portal, right?" Leo asked.
"I can try I think." Donnie answered while he starts fiddling with munitors trying to open the portal.
"Dude, I'm so excited to get to know this world, it must be incredible, wonderful and magical!" Said Mikey while jumping for joy.
"I hope this world be cool and impresses me, because if it doesn't, I won't even want to know about this world." Sad Raph dryly.
"It doesn't matter if we are going to be impressed, we should know what have this world, whether you like it or not, Raph." Said Leo while Raph frowned.
But then, Leo realizes that no one is watching the entrance to the room. "Wait, who's watching the entrance?" He asked.
The turtles look at the entrance and saw some Kraang who soon came across the turtles. "Mikey, it was for you watching!" Raph curse Mikey.
"Oops, sorry." Said Mikey.
"Those known as turtles have invaded TCRI. Kraangs, destroy them!" The Kraang ordered and all the Kraangs fire with their laser guns, but the turtles quickly dodged and armed their weapons.
"Donnie, keep trying to open the portal, the three of us will beat the Kraangs." Leo ordered and Mikey gives his famous battle cry: "BOOYAKASHA!"
The three turtles fought with the Kraangs while Donnie still tried to open the portal, the Krangs tried to shoot the turtles with their laser guns, but they dodged the lasers quickly and hit the Kraangs. Finally Donnie manages to open the portal.
"Yeah, quick guys, we only have 10 seconds!" Donnie enters the portal
"10 seconds!? Wait for me bro!" Said Mikey runs to the portal. "BOOYAKASHA!" Mikey jumps and enters the portal.
"Leo, let's go!" Said Raph running for the portal.
"I'm coming!" Said Leo.
Raph enters the portal. Before Leo enters the portal, he cuts the Kraangs with his Katanas, he runs to the portal that was almost closing, he runs faster and jumps to get into the portal that had already closed
After the turtles entered the portal, they crossed in a colorful and revolving limbo, they spun and screamed as they reached the bottom of the limbo.

Suddenly, Everything was dark now, but then Leo opened his eyes and was seeing everything a little blurry and dizzy as he moaned. "Uugh ... Ooww, ow my head!" Said Leo moaned
Then he listens to his brothers who also moaned. "Guys, are you okay?" Leo asked. "Raph?" He asked to Raph.
"Ugh... If ''okay'' means ''super dizzy''... then yes, i am!" Raph answered feeling sick
"Donnie?" Leo asked to Donnie.
"Ugh, I think my brain is still spinning inside my head, oow!" Donnie answered also feeling sick.
"Mikey?" Leo asked to Mikey.
"Ow man, I'm so dizzy that I don't even feeling my fingers." Mikey answered also feeling sick
But suddenly, Leo hears Mikey scream."Mikey, what's wrong!?" He asked to Mikey.
"Oh my shell! Guys, you need to look at your hands!" Said Mikey looks scared.
Leo looks at his hands, when he starts to see everything better again, he realizes that his hands had no fingers, his hands were now pony hoof. "What!?" He asked scared.
The turtles look at your hands and soon start to scream.
The turtles still didn't know what had happened to them, but they have now become ponies.

"WHAT HAPPENED WITH US!?" Raph asked, freaked out.
"WHERE'S MY FINGERS!? WHERE'S MY SHELL!? WHAT IS THAT HAIRY THING ON MY HEAD!? AND..." Mikey asked, freaked out, while he gets up on two legs, but loses his balance and falls flat on his face. "WHY CAN'T I STAND UP!!?" He asked, freaked out.
Donnie takes a deep breath: "I'm trying to stay calm! I'm trying to stay calm!! I'm trying to stay calm!!!" He still takes a deep breath: "I CAN'T KEEP CALM!!!" He loses his calm.
The rest of the turtles were still freaking out, and Leo just watched his brothers panicking.
"Guys." Leo calls but the brothers didn't hear Leo, and they were still freaking out.
"Guys!" He calls again but the brothers didn't hear Leo, and they still continue to freaking out.
"GUYS!!!" Leo shouted and the brothers finally listened to Leo after their loud shout, and stopped freaking out. "Could everyone please calm down!?!" He asked.
"CALM DOWN?!" Raph asked in anger. "How can I calm down at this time!? Leo, I TURNED INTO A HORSE!!! He scream in anger.
"Look, I know we are in a strange situation now, but screaming and crying will not going to solve this, we need to stay calm." Said Leo.
The brothers got calm and started looking where they were (they were at the Twilight's castle). "So this is Equestria?" Mikey asked. "It's so ... Shiny." Said he, loving this place.
"We are in Equestria yes, but here where we are is not Equestria" Donnie answered.
"So, where are we?" Leo asked.
"It looks like we're in a castle type, a diamond castle is what it looks like." Said Donnie.
"Beautiful and shiny!" Said Mikey whith his eyes shining.
"Okay, we're in a castle, but now why we turned horses?" Raph asked.
"No, we are not horses, horses have long legs and our legs are medium, almost a little short." Donnie explaided.
"So what are we?" Mikey asked.
"The name of a short-legged horse is pony, so we all become ponies." Donnie answered.
"Ponies?" Mikey asked.
"Ponies? Ugh, I take back, I prefer to be a horse, at least they are more coolest than ponies" Raph complained to be a pony. Then Raph starts to scratch his back, but then he touches something on his back. "Huh? What is it?" He asked yourself and he pulls what was on his back (he still didn't understand what it was, but it was wings) "Aah! What the heck is this?" He asked, scared and confused.
"Wow man, you have wings!" Said Mikey, suprised.
"Wings? Are those are really wings?" Raph asked.
"Yes, they are." Donnie answered.
"Wow. Oh, and you have too, Leo!" Said Mikey while Leo looks at his wings and opens them. "Cool! Hey, do I have wings too?" Mikey asked himself while he tries to looks at his back, but he can't look right. "Donnie, do I have wings? tell me." He asked to Donnie.
"Uuum, no, unfortunately not, Mikey" Donnie answer.
"Really!? Awww, this is not fair, i wanna wings too!" Mikey crosses his arms and frowned.
"But wait, ponies don't have wings. Or have?" Raph asked.
"No, they don't." Donnie answered.
"And one more thing, ponies have these sharp things in the head like you and Leo haves now?" Mikey asked.
"Sharp things?" Leo asked.
"In the head?" Donnie asked.
"Yeah, I'm talking about this thing" Mikey touches Donnie's horn
Donnie looks over his head and touches, and Leo looks his too.
"Wow, interesting." Said Donnie.
"What's interesting, Donnie?" Leo asked.
"I think we are not normal ponies, we become a kind of mystical ponies." Donnie explained
"Mystical? Like unicorn and pegasu?" Mikey asked.
But then Raph said: "Wait wait wait, wait a minute, let me see if I get it: We entered the portal, we became ponies, but mystical ponies, I became a pegasu, Mikey became just a lame pony..."
"Hey!" Mikey curses Raph.
"And you and Leo became... Unicorns?" Raph asked to Donnie.
"Ummm ... Yes?" Donnie answer.
Then, Raph and Mikey look at each other a little suprise, but then they are like if they're holding their laughter, cause they are really holding their laughter, and then they burst out laughing. And Leo and Donnie didn't understand why Raph and Mikey were laughing.
"Guys, what's funny?" Leo asked.
Raph answer: "Oh nothing, maybe the fact that you and Donnie have turned..."
"Unicorns!" Mikey completed
Raph and Mikey continued to laugh while Leo and Donnie frowned. "Are you done yet?" Leo asked frowned.
"Not yet." Raph answer and he Mikey continued to laugh, so Raph was done laughing.
"*Sigh* Okay, I'm done." Raph finishes laughing, while he wiped his tear from laughing alot.
"No wait, I'm not done yet." Mikey was still laughing.
But then he stopped laughing when he heard someone in a female voice say, "Did you hear that?" The turtles also heard someone say that, and soon they heard more female voices.
"Whats the matter, Twi?" Another female voices asked.
"I think there is somepony in the castle. We need to take a look." Said this same female voice.
"*Gasp* They're coming!" Said Donnie shocked.
"Congratulations, king of laughter!" Raph curse Mikey.
"Hey, you were laughing too, don't blame me!" Mikey curse Raph.
"Guys, hide!" Leo ordened.
The ninjas run for cover, Mikey hides behind a curtain, Donnie hides in a room and Leo and Raph hang from the castle roof, they start to see 6 ponies walking down the corridor where the turtles were. The Mane 6.
"Are you sure you heard something, darling." Rarity asked to Twilight.
"Rarity, she is not the only one who heard, I also heard." Rainbow Dash answered Rarity.
"So, is there really anypony in the castle!?" Fluttershy asked scare.
Twilght looked around while Leo and Raph just watched, but then Leo's hoof slips, he tries to put the hoof back on, but it came off, he even tried to flap his wings but as he still didn’t know how to fly it ended falling right in front of Twilight, Leo raises his head and looks at Twilight's hooves and then looks up where Twilight looked at him too (but it wasn't a happy look).
"Hehehe, uumm... Hi?" Leo greets while smile shyly.
"Who... Are.... You!?" Twilight asked not looking happy with an intruder in her castle
