It was 16 Years when Twilight Sparkle was exiled from Equestria before the Changeling invasion. Equestria fell not long after, and ponies from all over the devastated nation are searching for places of refuge from the swarms of parasites patrolling the sky. Twilight's friends have searched for years trying to find a safe haven for their families as well, and they have finally found a single location not tainted by the Changelings. The only problem; it was founded by Twilight herself.

Humans currently poses an entire intergalactic empire, the aid of their brilliant technologies, and the fundamentals of dark energy have allowed them to succeed to a type three civilisation.
A human named Jack decides to buy a planet called “Harmony” on the intergalactic market. This planet holds residence to dozens of sapient species who all are primitive lifeforms.
He decides to transform into one of the native species, with his intention to cause as much havoc/chaos as possible. At the time of his arrival, most of the world hadn’t seen conflict for well over 1000 years. He plans to change this, by encouraging new ideologies, starting a technological black powder arms race, and ultimately causing wars.

He may look evil to the natives, though according to the intergalactic government, he is implementing nothing illegal. His planet means his rules.

This story is set in Early Season Two, a few episodes after “Return of Harmony”. This is an alternate universe and thus Equestrian girls don't exist, humans are basically just a myth.

More than one thousand years ago, the world was a continuous string of wars. With nations at each other’s throats, leaders would place their trust in the assistance of mercenaries. But of all the mercenaries in the world, none were more feared than a special group known only as “The Cutters”. This group of three ponies, an earth pony and two pegasi were so feared that most nations would hesitate before hiring them. Mainly because their number one rule was to work for the highest bidder. Even if it meant killing their current contractor. With a past shrouded in mystery and a skill unmatched by any nation. these three mercenaries would kill without hesitation, without fear, and without mercy, a jewel for any nation’s military force. Yet there is more to them than what meets the eye.

Quillian B. Inkheart was at rock bottom. The love of his life was gone. His inspiration – his muse – was dead. He couldn't write like this. His friends, unable to stand his constant negativity and reclusive behavior, left him behind. That was the plan, after all. None of them understood what his heart told him. None of them could see. In fact, he didn't want them to see. After all, he didn't want them trying to stop him.

The taste of cold steel is bitter. The whispers of it's beckoning call are alluring. The soft feeling of completion in the darkness' embrace. The slow squeeze. The silence. Though he'd tasted it once before, he'd never embraced that silence. Now, he'd find it once more. This time, he wasn't certain he'd be able to resist the gentle whisper of the steel.

Author's Note: Okay, this is going to take a while... I have a HUGE story planned for this thing and it's going to take a while to write it all. But I feel like if I write like 3000+ words a week, I can make some headway on it. Now, about the story. It's not exactly a crossover; it's more of an 'inspired by'. One day, I started wondering how a Dexter-esque pony would play out and this spawned. I wanted to submit it to Equestria Daily... Discord is encased in stone for destroying the Changeling Queen. It had been a week since that had happened, and Twilight is now conflicted as to whether or not he deserved to be punished for effectively saving their lives and preventing Chrysalis from hurting them ever again.

Based off a possible idea of how the finale could go and the logical conclusion of "HEROES DON'T KILL WEEEEEEEH!". I'll be surprised if Discord ends up killing Chrysalis.
