They summoned a creature from a race of beings formed by magic and negative emotion. They merge it with a mare against her will and tried to bind it... they failed and payed the price. Now it is up to Elements of Harmony to stop the creature, but when they find it everything changes. Watch as they fight against two groups who wish to control the fate of Equestria if not the entire world and follow their journey to discover what it truly means to be a monster, what truly is evil and about a race of creatures that have always watched from the shadows and tried to make us happier.

Civilization is gone, but maybe Sunset can survive. Maybe she can find something she wanted all this time.

Tossed through a portal as the last act by Twilight; Chrysalis is all that is left, the sole survivor of a fallen realm. Now she finds herself in a completely mechanized version of Equus, against an enemy with an all too familiar face; her own. Nothing is as it seems, and as more is revealed, Chrysalis finds herself questioning how she ended up like this. The real question is can she handle the answers she unconvers?

Something about Lightning Dust just seemed a little 'off'. Sometimes she didn't react the right way to the world around her, and sometimes the way she reacted was positively frightening... but it wasn't until she laughed off nearly killing a couple of ponies that anypony actually realized just how messed up she was.
