Here it is, since early 2014, it's finally been set free. Honestly, this story is... something important to me, something cathartic if you will, something I needed to get done, something that I should have gotten done years ago but let my own problems with self loathing and just general disregard for shit get in the way. Regardless... here it is, I hope you all enjoy.

One day, Spike is visited by the muse. Inspiration strikes him to create poetry. What you see here are a few poems by Ponyville's favorite dragon about his identity, his life with Twilight, lessons he has learned, and his friends.

I just had this idea and wanted to write from Spike's perspective within poetic expression. I plan on adding more poems about his friends and the many things they taught him. When I am satisfied, I will finish off with a very special poem to Spike.

The release of Equestria Online and the incredible capabilities of its central Celestia AI led to ferocious debates among ethicists, computer science experts, every religious community on the globe, and more besides.

In hindsight, I probably should've been paying more attention to the news. In my defense, I was reading a lot of fan fiction at the time.

It's been a long while since you've come to Equestria. You've made good friends with Sunny and her six friends so far while everypony else seemed to tolerate you for the most part. But Zipp was always the one pony you hung out with the most.

However, when you and she go down to Maretime Bay's beach and watch the sunset after a long day of chilling in the water, she asks you something that would lead to something you'd never expect.

My name is Reid X.P., and one day I woke up in a body that wasn't my own. That was a bit unusual. Even more unusual was the fact the body was pink. And female. I mean, I'd been a guy before!

Oh, also, I was apparently a pony.

Thus began my epic adventures with the body of Pinkie Pie, which would involve cross country trips, dancing librarians, and possibly the apocalypse. Trust me, waking up as a fictional character soon became the least of my worries...

Life is odd, really. You never know exactly what will happen, or if something is good or bad. Or if it will stay good or bad in the long run. Such thoughts only ever brought me anxiety. Such thoughts are all I really have anymore.

I was just a normal brony, enjoyed the show, the fanart, the music, and sure, I had my daydreams of going to Equestria. But, waking up in the Everfree forest as a pegasus of the wrong gender, without a memory of how I got there, before Twilight ever left Canterlot, really puts things in perspective.

Surviving the forest, Nightmare Moon, Discord, the Changelings, all of that will be easy, it's the lack of internet and inevitable socializing that has my skin crawling. Well, that and me potentially ruining the timeline with my sheer existence, that isn't fun either. That is, if the timeline doesn't ruin me first, or was already ruined to begin with!
