This story is a sequel to When Two Worlds Meet

40 years have passed since the death of Darkness, Equestria has enjoyed peace since then, however, evil never rests long, and a new evil arises, one that Twilight and the others may not be able to defeat. To top it all off, Darkness's and Princess Luna's children, must figure out what path they want to take in life. Will they take on the path of great evil? Or will they choose a path that leads them to follow the ways of light? Without their help, all will be lost. Without Darkness to guide the main six and protect them until they figure out a solution, what they all do now? Will they regain their former self-confidence in themselves? Or shall the world fall to ruin, and perhaps, even the whole galaxy? The fate of the galaxy, and the world rests in the hooves, of Twilight and her friends, but also of Darkness's and Luna's children, The Legacy Of Darkness. Find out in the third and last installment in this epic trilogy!

It's Important to know this a First-person story and also a story based on my Headcanon. If your not into these kinds of stories, you have been forewarned.

Sarius Trusdale is a DNA hybrid, part human and part dragon with other little DNA strands from other species thrown in. He was given the role of Keeper of the Balance between Good and Evil. He can be seen as a hero or a villain but he's really neutral.

Fortunately, Sarius isn't the only Keeper of the Balance. He is one of three siblings who all share the same role and destiny. When they work together, they're unstoppable. Now that gets put to the test as they face off with an evil as old as time itself.

For my past readers, I advise you to reread my story from the top as I have revised the prologue, first five chapters and made changes to the sixth.

Note: There are no humans in this story, but they are often mentioned. Sarius himself is half-human and has a few scenarios where he becomes a human for a short time.

The Violence tag is for the numerous fight scenes in this story and the drawing of blood in most. Gore and Sex tags are for the blood and innuendo, as well as implications.

He pulls his own weight, despite not really knowing how his body works.
He pulls more than his own weight and consequentially gets hurt and she scolds him. He can hold his own in conversation of intelligence with native born ponies, has the manners of a unicorn but she has to help him bathe.He's getting better....

He believes it is his job to lead, with her to/in virtue and she believes what his book says that she is his help mate....his alone.

He has trouble being close, but he is getting closer...everyday, slowly, one step closer.

Over a hundred years ago, the War raged between the Kingdom of Equestria and the Zebra Empire, but these two great powers were not the only players on the world's stage. Lying in a position both advantageous and perilous between the two warring nations was the Griffin Commonwealth, which miraculously managed to maintain its neutrality while selling technology and soldiers to both sides. They would be spared the worst of the Last Day, when the megaspells fell and burned the world, but were not safe from the side effects of their trading partners' deaths, nor even from the spellfire entirely. The Commonwealth, like the rest of the Old World, died.

Cast out from his homeland, it is in this place that Doc finds himself, among the griffins. Yet even if this place, unfamiliar as it is, he seeks to find a way to live in a post-megaspell world and to find some common ground with his new neighbors.
