Spike had been captured by a alien group called the Kraang for some time now, he was taken away after he just wanted to have some time to reflect. He was taken away from Equestria and brought to another dimension, he was in captivity for some time, but he then meets two strange creatures called" Human's" and are thrown into his cell, he meets a girl called April who has caught they're interest as well.

After some time waiting they are rescued by a group of 4 mutant turtles, after they fail to rescue April's father, Spike is now freed but without anywhere to go, so the turtles take Spike in and is trained by Master Splinter to stop the Kraang and return home.

Sunset and her friends are now young adults. Ever since their high school days have ended, they all got their own part-time jobs and either live in their own houses or share a couple of them with each other. Sunset and her friends trace the source to an abandoned factory where another group of young adults are gathered. Apparently, according to them, this has happened before.

Due to Anon-A-Miss, Sunset Shimmer flees from CHS, but when she ends up being stranded, she seemingly finds salvation when she boards a train at a mysterious station in the woods. Now, along with new friends and fellow passengers from across the Multi-verse, she travels along the train, where the possibilities are as infinite as the train itself, trying to find a way to get off the train and return home, while discovering things about herself she never knew.

One day, while Danny was in his parents' lab, a freak accident occurs with the Fenton Portal that ends up sending him to Equestria. Not only that, but he's a pony too. Now, he must find a way home while helping Twilight and her friends out, battle ghosts, and keep ponies from finding out about his superhero identity at the same time.

These two have found eachother as honorary siblings and Sunset decides to bring Lincoln back with her to Equestria.

After The Storm King successfully conquered the lands and the cities of Equestria, he and his second-in-command Tempest Shadow gained all the magic of the alicorns with the Staff of Sacanas.
