The news that Princess Cadence is having a baby came as a surprise to all but one mare, but now the secret is out and there's lots to discuss about it. Including the fact that Cadence is going to be a mom.

At a sleepover at Twilight's castle shortly after the big announcement, the girls all start to consider whether they might one day have families of their own. This kind of curiosity naturally gets them talking as each consider their own parental styles and restrictions or barriers to being a parent.

The resulting discussions may just reveal some things about themselves that the six mares have never known before. After all, no two mares approach the aspect of motherhood in quite the same way.

It's been a few years since Twilight became the official ruler of Equestria, and things are going well for the country. In fact, much of Equestria's population is starting to see a population boom! Though some ponies might be feeling some stress from said population growth, Pinkie Pie included. Sometimes she just needs a trip to Canterlot to escape it all, if she can.

Rarity's most recent relationship, one she had thought was going well blew up in her face. She was going to wallow in self-pity but Pinkie Pie decided that enough was enough. Now Rarity just needs to accept the new mare in her life.

If you want just the silly fluff skip the prologue.

The prologue sets up the scene for the chapter, and that chapter is only 1k, so... I'm claiming this fits into my exactly 1k stories!

Pinkie Pie struggles with the day-to-day life as possibly the last living creature on Earth. When an unexpected acquaintance appears, he and Pinkie try to find a way to undo whatever it was that caused their predicament? Will they succeed?

Rainbow Dash writes her first novella. It's a very serious book about serious topics. She asks her friends to proofread. This should go well.

Once the portal was opened, new aliens called 'ponies' started appearing all over Earth. They're very friendly and very cute, but there's a problem: They don't seem to understand the concept of 'personal space.'
