But when that life is saved by an anonymous donor, Braeburn is too afraid of those around him to take the risks he had always wanted to take. Soon, a series of dreams will lead him down a road of life, love and death and as it draws to a close, will Braeburn still be too afraid of the love that exists in his own crystal heart.

Carrot Top thus has to deal with hostility from the largest farm in the region, as well as the costs of competing, which quickly promise to bankrupt her if she doesn't win. When a couple of con-artist unicorns begin to interfere in the match, it becomes even harder for the poor, beleaguered carrot farmer. Hats will be purchased, gelato will be consumed, and even powerful ponies like Prince Blueblood may find themselves roped into the shenanigans. But at the end of the day, Luna is confident that she and Paperweight can find a perfect present for a wonderful musician.

When a mysterious ring finds it's way into the Crystal Empire, Shining Armor is introduced to a universe far beyond anything he could have imagined. As he works to master new skills and powers, he stumbles upon a threat that could spell doom for him, his home and family, and thousands of other beings across the galaxy... unless he can stop it.

Set in the same universe as Mare of Steel and The Princess of Themyscira; reading those first is recommended, but not required.

Hi, I'm Bruce and I'm 32. Currently, I'm in a light blue Earth Pony foal's body no one has ever seen before. The rest of Equestria thinks I'm 9 and something really traumatic happened to me. It doesn't help I swear like a sailor and I could really go for a smoke right about now. I just hope that the Everfree Forest, rampaging monstrosities, evil dark abominations against God and the Cutie Mark Crusaders don't kill me before I have just one last drag.

Oh, and ponies are hella creepy when you really think about it. Geez.

A little comedy side project. EDIT: HAHA Main project. More characters to be added if I get that far. Categories might be refined as I write. Entire thing is unplanned except vaguely. Don't Expect excessive cursing to be written out, just hinted at. Oh, and as the character is a 30-ish year old in the body of a 9 year old, sexual jokes might exists but sex itself will not occur.

After a pickup mission gone wrong, a Huragok (Called Engineers by humans) crashes in the Everfree Forest. Witnessing the crash-landing and her curiosity getting the better of her, Apple Bloom finds the little gasbag. After a traumatic first encounter, she takes the biological supercomputer home. While she and the other ponies try to figure out what a Huragok actually is, they are completely unaware of the danger it poses to them.

Note: This story takes place sometime after the Halo novel The Thursday War by Karen Traviss
