In 2161, the Federation was founded, making contact with several new species, their goal, exploring the stars, meeting new friends, and discovering new things. {NOTE: This story is set for teen because there is major violent conflict in space, minor on ground, no gore, however. This is my first story that I have made so far, some of the chapters may seem a bit lazy in the way they're made, so I may edit them sometimes, and new chapters will be posted at random, so keep an eye out for any new chapters I post. The Pie family always had strong bonds with one another. But, a past event continues to hang over some members of the family. They don't speak about it, preferring to let it be buried and forgotten, despite the drastic changes it brought about. For two of them, it brought about isolation. An isolation that Limestone prefers her family stay in.

Well, except for Pinkie. But she's...unique.

For Limestone, those events kindled the desire to keep her family safe from outsiders. Something a certain silver haired magician has started making difficult for her.

Old wounds will be reopened on all sides as Limestone tries to keep the past from repeating.

Siegmeyer of Catarina was many things. A knight, an adventurer, an ally to the Chosen Undead... and a father. As Siegmeyer stands at the bonfire in Ash Lake, he is greeted by an unexpected visitor.

The Unkindled One stands before the First Flame. It's just an ordinary bonfire, right? He is tired, broken, and only wants to rest.

A summoning sign appears. Thinking it is the Firekeeper, the Unkindled One reaches out for it.

What he summons, however, shocks him.

Just a one-shot that popped up in my mind while finishing Dark Souls III. The Unkindled One had been through a lot of pain and suffering. And I could only think of one pony to comfort him while he pondered over his next move.
