This story is a sequel to Sonic: Chaos in Equestria

It's been a month since the events of the last arc and things seem to have become peaceful once more. However, something looms in the shadows that threatens the very existence that Equestria's heroes call home.

As foreign relations with the neighboring territories become strained. A great army slowly gains strength.

Joined by the Sol Zones Guardian and Ruler; Blaze the Cat. Sonic and the Mane 6 are about to embark on a journey that may put their power and friendship to the ultimate test.

Princess Luna is no longer the terror that was Nightmare Moon, but the ponies of Equestria still shun or avoid her. She longs for acceptance and companionship, but must suffer her loneliness in regal silence. Suddenly, a new magic is offered to her at seemingly little cost from an unlikely and mysterious source, offering her the freedom and companionship she craves.

Edwin Shell is a human come to Equestria after his violent, early demise. He wakes up in a strange land in an even stranger body, finding colorful creatures that call themselves "ponies". He soon finds himself in a centuries standing power struggle between the Numbereds, the ancient race that has guarded Equestria since time immemorial, and the Angelics, who are countless and seek total annihilation of civilized life. Can Edwin find a way into this strange world, or will he be killed before he has a chance?

Pandinus Imperator (You can call him Pan, he won't mind) is knocked back in time during the Canterlot Invasion, and accidentally kills King Sombra on arrival. Instead of being executed, the changeling is surprised to find himself being hailed as a hero, and is promptly put on the throne as the new monarch, the Crystal Emperor. However, Pan now faces a great many problems, among them Celestia and Luna, who seem certain that the changeling is secretly up to no good, as well as several political factions secretly plotting to undermine his reign. There's also the tiny problem of the constant snowstorm that threatens to cut the city off from the outside world permanently.
The Crystal Ponies need a hero now more than ever before. Why did they get a changeling instead?

Princess Luna rules over her lunar colony, and has no contact with the planet below. One night she finds a feline alien's nightmare and realizes that he has been mistaken for an animal and captured as an exotic pet. She sets out to rescue him, but little does she know that this one decision will set off a cascade of events that will utterly change her life.

When Sombra was born he was lucky not to have simply been left to die by the ponies who took one look at his coat color and thought him nothing but a monster, even his own mother. But his father had taken him to the princesses instead. He pressed his snout against the floor in the lowest bow he could; he begged the princesses to lift the curse on his son and change his fate. Celestia simply turned him away stating that the foals fate was sealed and the disharmonious magic tainting his coat would eat away at his mind till there was nothing left.

Luna, however thought otherwise, she believed that if he were to be raised properly he wouldn't succumb to his darkness; to be powerful enough to change his fate. Although Celestia was loudly against it and pursued her sister to leave the foal Luna wouldn't be bullied. She saw her own darkness mimicked in the colt and wouldn't leave it. She would have someone who understood and could fight the darkness with her.

Luna would change her own dark fate... even if it meant raising a monster.

I was a forty year old volunteer for a experimental drug that was supposed to cure me of a rare genetic disease. It cured me, but the side effect was that it turned me invisible. So I went into hiding. Then, two years later I end up in Equestria somehow. Now I'm a legend here That's about to be proven true.
