Everywhere she goes, Wandering Star takes her humble mason jar and its precious contents.

And she goes everywhere.

Someday, she'll find the place where the jar is meant to be opened. But not yet.

Entry into the fourteenth Quills and Sofas Speedwriting Competition. Conceived and written in one hour; completely unedited. The prompt was "a worthy end".

You've probably heard of the Ten Commandments, and the Seven Deadly Sins. Some pony philosophers have their own list.

In a few days of sweetness and fluff, sixfive good-hearted ponies break all the rules and EARN all the Red Tags.

Can they do it in a story you could show to your mom, and maybe to your little kid sister too?

This is partly the fault of several people who...encouraged me, including Estee and Spectrumancer.

Anon stumbles upon a deceased Rarity. He doesn’t know why she’s dead, so he decides to inquire his friends about it. They don’t know either, they also don’t seem to really care in all honesty.

Who done it? Why did they done it? Will Anon find the reason behind his friends cognitive dissonance? Will Rarity get her funeral?

Who knows, honestly.

I do. The answer is no.

Well, it's pretty self-explanatory. And if she doesn't know what's going on, imagine how you'll feel.

You might not need to know the basics of the game to enjoy this, but it certainly couldn't hurt.

This won't qualify for the Cozy Glow contest, due to length, but whatever. I still had a heap of fun writing it.

Flurry Heart's Crystaling didn't quite go as planned. After vanishing in a powerful magical surge, she became the most high-profile missing pony case in Equestrian history. Twilight leads the search to find her, before it's too late.

Unbeknownst to her, Flurry has already been found, by an unfortunate human who happened to be hiking near the place she appeared. Flurry Heart's magic is irresistibly powerful, and soon changes all around her to suit her whims. Soon Flurry's rescuer is fighting to reverse the magic, before the authorities notice and separate him from the only possible source of help.

After the massive climactic end to the Legion of Doom, Discord knew that his well-intentioned actions had to be rectified in a big way. And since he was directly involved in some of Equestria's most recent events, he already knew who to apologize to first: The Crystal Empire's leaders - Princess Cadance, and Prince Consort Shining Armor.

Even though the couple were already aware of Discord's contributions -- more specifically, how he was the one who revived King Sombra to attack their Empire months prior -- the two were willing to hear him out after he made a formal request for a counsel. Fortunately for them, the remorseful draconequus came prepared with a sincere apology, as well as a couple of thoughtful gifts for the Crystal Empire.
Unfortunately for Shining and Cadance, one of those gifts may have not been nearly as considerate as either of them would've preferred.

In order to destress every few weeks, Princess Celestia takes a potion that allows her to be a child again, living life without a care in the world for hours at a time. Thus far, the effects have been stupendous.

So, with that in mind, could the same treatment be applied to the most nefarious villains in Equestia in hopes of lessening their evil ways?

Queen Chrysalis, Discord, and King Sombra beg to differ.

One of the many reasons the Cutie Mark Crusaders have their reputation is the group's tendency to ignore whatever the adults are saying -- or worse, to hear just enough to get them in trouble. So when Cheerilee finally covers pony sexuality on a warm, lazy, sleepy day, the trio come away with exactly enough notes to collectively believe the following:

Ponies going into heat is real.
They'll never be interested in sex at any other time.
They're going into heat once, for an hour and a half, and it's going to happen tomorrow.

This can only end well.
