Our pathetic hero Matthew Anderson has found himself in a very odd situation as he stumbles upon the result of Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash having an unfortunate incident deep within the Everfree Forest. Now Matt has to decide the fate of these three mares that have somehow ended up stranded in his home planet.
One thing that is to be made clear is that this is a terrible alternate universe where the stellar series titled "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" does NOT exist, nor does all of the accompanying fandom (nooooooooo).

The Sequel to 'Faith and Doubt'.

It's been two months since the changeling attack and Shining's almost-wedding and much has changed. Twilight Sparkle is now an alicorn and has left Equestria to master her new powers. The sixth element of harmony, the corrupt abstract Doubt, has been reborn in his original form: Faith. He, along with Spike, have gone with Twilight as she sought to heal after the betrayal by her friends and family.

But Twilight's return to Ponyville will not be a happy one; in her absence her friends Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie have been turned into alicorns themselves and the embodiments of their elements. They have seized power and now rule Equestria with iron hooves, using banned magic to turn their friends and family into zealots that obey their every command.

To save Equestria, Twilight will have to do the unthinkable: form a rebellion and declare war on her friends. But will she be willing to make the tough decisions... even if it means choosing between friendship and freedom?

Everything is bad in large doses.

Spike becomes better acquainted with a certain Deejay pony.

Discord had one last trick up his sleeve to play before being locked up again: he's turned Equestria's timeless protector into its most dangerous threat. The kindhearted princess that ponies loved and adored is gone, replaced by an alicorn of iron and blood that forged Equestria out of the fires of pre-history.

Can Twilight Sparkle survive being the student of a pony who never had need of the magic of friendship or will she be forced to sit on the sidelines as Equestria irrevocably changes around her?

Over 1,000 years ago, Equestria was under the threat of Singularity, a being that wanted to bring about nothingness. It was placed under a complex seal with the combination of the Elements of Harmony and the Elements of Life. However the seal is breaking and the Elements of Life can only be wielded by beings from another universe.

At the same time Troy and Abed are building a working replica of the X7 Dimensioniser and brings their friends along to the maiden voyage... Unfortunately they get stranded in Equestria and turned into ponies.

Now the Mane 6 and the Greendale 7 must team up to reseal Singularity and find the Elements of Life, which are scattered across Equestria...

Will they be able save Equestria or is doomed? Considering who's trying to save it, more than likely DOOMED!

After Blueblood usurps the Canterlot Throne, the Doctor sends the remaining supporters of the Royal Sisters away in his TARDIS. However, something goes wrong and the Equestrians are sent to 2020 Atlanta. Luckily, Lyra knows a thing or two about humans. Unluckily, everything she knows about humans is based of MTV.
That's where I come in: 22 year old Sebastian Espinosa, a brony all grown up. At least until i saw my favorite characters move into my apartment complex. Now, it's up to me to teach these guys how to live under the guise of humanity. Some crazy stuff is bound to happen... Oh yeah....
