Grogar's ancient machinations finally come together as he leads the Legion of Doom against Canterlot. Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow want to rule for themselves, however, and intend to betray him as soon as it's convenient. Can Applejack, Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash save Equestria?

Author's note: I decided to rewrite episodes S9E24 and S9E25 as if Grogar were real and the finale were a four-parter. This story takes everything up to and including S9E23 as canon, and took inspiration from a huge variety of sources, including the finale trailer (though it does not strictly hold canon to the trailer).

When Cheese Sandwich returns to Ponyville to ask her a very special question, it throws her whole world for a whirl, and these star-crossed ponies will have to figure out how they can be together even when they have to stay apart.

Equestria wakes terrified one morning to discover monsters have invaded, and not the average ones the resident ponies had come to know. These ones could not be persuaded, bargained with, nor befriended. It was as if the Everfree Forest had taken over the entire continent, plunging it into chaos.

Around the same time, a certain Geralt of Rivia awakes to find his memory lost, as well as himself. Will Geralt finally know peace in this world, or will it be just another day for a Witcher? Only time will tell...

For centuries, nay millennia, Geralt the Witcher has stalked the desolate, rock-strewn landscapes of whatever this land is called, fighting and killing witches of all shapes and kinds. Duty and revenge are lonely roads, but he travels them in gritty, manly style.

But when a small gray horse shows up out of heckin' nowhere, will his lonely days come to an end? Tune in to find out!

A crossover with The Witcher, if that wasn't obvious. The reader need not have watched or played it to understand this story. I mean, I haven't.
