After a date with Rarity gone awry, Spike is in an inconsolable mood. When a stranger offers a solution to his heartaches, he must accept.
Little does he know that he has surrendered his heart to a changeling: A rare, but most disastrous theft. It is up to those closest to Spike to retrieve his heart, and discover how far they are willing to go in order to protect it.

[GoldenVerse side fic.] After Raindrops brings up some unsettling facts about Spike, Twilight and Rarity are forced to take a look at themselves and their treatment of a young Drake who has been a major part of their life. For Twilight, it's the role of a mother who's taken for granted and ignored her son for most of his life. For Rarity, it's the treatment of a very special friend as free labor.

After their bout of introspection, they work to make it up to him, and grow themselves along the way. This is the Momma Twi, Sparity fic I mentioned in the comment section of "Getting Ready".

First fic of the Goldenverse: Golden Wings

Eric Reed has been stuck in Equestria for months, but he had always found it too weird to look at ponies in a romantic way, so he accepted he'd never have a romantic relationship.

Until now. He finally develops a crush on a mare and wants to ask her out...except he has one little problem: he's awful at asking out anyone/anypony he really likes! But with help from his friends and their varying advice (Even she will try to help!) he tries to ask out his pony crush.

But with his nerves, will any kind of advice help him not embarrass himself?

I did go overboard using Twilight’s name for my own gratification at the summit, but then I thought how odd it was that Cadance did little to help Twilight, had sent her to get sleep but had let ponies visit her anyway, and had known about the public works projects but set up a situation where I’d certainly botch it and take the blame. It was like she wanted Twilight unable to function after the summit. Not only that, but Cadance could grow crystals, and I knew only one pony who knew that magic. I volunteered to help with the Crystal Faire. Something seemed terribly wrong, and if I could not figure out what quickly enough, the Crystal Empire might fall.

Fluttershy had her suspicions. After all, no one knows her body quite like she does. As a result, it came as no surprise when the doctor told her the big news:

She has some conflicting feelings about this, but she can only imagine what Anon, her boyfriend and the soon-to-be father of her child, will think.
