Which include the Autoponies end once and for all. During the scuffle the Auto pony scout Twilight Sparkle is critically injured, as she struggles to hold on to life, her life flashes before her eyes, slowing down to the final days of the war. When a mysterious substance known as Archetype is discovered and subsequently begins spreading all over Equestria, whilst also causing mysterious creatures to start manifesting, it is up to two separate pony groups from completely different timelines to become united and stop this upcoming threat. They must strengthen their resolve and face down a hopeless future that takes the form of a terrifying giant monster known as Godzilla!

At the end of the war, after Team Prime defeated Unicron and restored Cybertron, Shockwave had become wanted a war decepticon criminal for his various cruel experiments and creations during the war, including the Predacons, the Forged, and generally became a fugitive all over cybertron. Knowing he would eventually be found out, Shockwave retreated to his lab to activate an old project of his, a space bridge off of Cybertron that lead to an unknown world in the far outer reaches of space. Running out of options, Shockwave uses the space bridge, and winds up in a strange new world filled with strange new creatures. Now, Shockwave has the ability to study these creatures and experiment in peace, and potentially... Even befriend them. Of course, as long as it is Logical.

Chrysalis has won, Twilight is dying and everything looks hopeless. Still feeling the sting of betrayal from her friends, three powerfull entities visit Twilight's fading mind and offer her a deal. To not only survive, but to assume their mantle of power. Twilight accepts and is reborn as the next Queen of the kaiju.

This story is a sequel to Godzilla's Lost Child

It all started out when Godzilla awoke from the ice. He went towards the Crystal Empire and easily defeats the Mane Six, only to find out that Twilight Sparkle is his long-lost daughter. He wanted to put his rage behind him, put Equestria behind him, put everything behind him and his daughter.

It went typical from there, a new threat arrives, Twilight returns to Equestria with her friends, fights the threat, accepts her past and defeats it, achieving a hybrid form in the process. But this isn't the end of the story of Twilight Sparkle's adventures.

Three months after the events that led Twilight to accept who she is, and a new adventure begins as a mysterious island a little more than four times the size of Manehattan rises form the ocean waters a few miles southeast of the Dragon Island, one containing an even more mysterious city that was hidden under the sea for millions of years, one supposedly inhabited by the humans from the past.

Now, Twilight Sparkle had another adventure in hand, but this time, she's not alone. Follow her as she and her friends search for the city's ancient knowledge along with a mysterious griffon hermit before they fall into the hands of another evil set on world domination.
