Applejack was out on the orchard going about her usual daily business. She is startled by some creature causing her to nearly break her leg. Unable to do anything for herself she reaches out to her friends for assistance. Unfortunately they are all wrapped up in their own affairs, all except for Spike. Applejack had always thought Spike was a respectable dragon with a good head on his shoulders, maybe more than she thought. Will she start to feel for the one of a kind dragon or will she drive her self to the edge to deny it.

Spike has been in Ponyville for a few years now. He is still bipedal, but he now has wings and looks much more mature than when he first came to Ponyville. Things seem fine and nothing really seems to have changed in Ponyville with exception of Spike. But when a certain pony returns into his life, things will never be the same again.

Authors note: I have been holding this forever in my back pocket. Hopefully I refined it enough to be good.

Spike has a secret...well, its not really one since everypony knows it. However, the secret that they all know isn't the secret Spike hopes no one will find out about. No, this secret goes deeper; A secret that has been kept hidden behind many masks and white lies. Its a secret that Spike is both blessed and cursed with, for with each passing day, he is reminded of that secret. So, the time has come...the day when one's resolve to hide a secret has fractured...

Everypony in Ponyville is happy, carefree, and content with their life on the whole... except one. Rarity harbors a dark, murderous secret. She is Equestria's only active serial killer. She has to balance her fashion life, her friends, and her murderous urges as best as she can. This is the story of her mind.

Fluttershy loves animals. Her special talent is taking care of them, after all. However, there is a darker side that her friends rarely see. Ever so often, a creature under her care suffers and not even she can fix it. She has grown accustomed to doing what needs to be done in those situations.

Perhaps a little too accustomed. When a tragedy hits close to home for her, she realizes that there are others out there suffering, and she can help them.

She is the Element of Kindness after all.
