After King Sombra's defeat, Twilight can't shake the fact that one day Celestia and Luna will retire. She knows very well that this is childish of her. And Luna knows there's something wrong with Twilight Sparkle.

Nathan was almost 16, and he already hated his lot in life. His "family" hardly cared, and he no friends to speak of. He supposed his grades were something going for him, but school was far from his passion. He truly felt he had nothing left to look froward to, seeing as he still hadn't gotten up the guts to even talk to the girl he liked- not that it mattered. She probably already had a boyfriend. Yet he kept going, not willing to take his life to sort out his misery. But his life would change when he suddenly finds himself in Equestria.

After what should have been just a late outing to stargaze and probably collect some meteorite samples, a strange device ends up almost wreaking half of Ponyville, but what is it? who sent it? what's its purpose? and why am I dancing to it?

Poor Abe, a brilliant mind with crippling Agoraphobia. Keeping himself at home he works studiously hoping to figure out portal technology for moving across space. And succeeds, sort of....
Instead of a plant or some rock, the Main six force their way through thinking the portal is a threat to Equestria, and end up getting stuck on the other side.
So now they have to live hidden on earth until Abe can fix the portal.

This story tells the tale of a man name Darwin Maximus who created a portal that allowed him to enter other universes, but though events he soon find himself becoming the protector of two young fillies and their names are Tia and Luna. He would find himself though trills that would test him might and mind, and will force him to make choices that could affect the world, Tia, Luna and himself. But before the end of his journey he will find something that he always wanted but could never have. This is the story of the Guardian of the Moon and Sun.
