The unthinkable happens in the big city; millions are turned into ravenous monsters and flood the streets, devouring all in their path. Despite their advanced technology, the military can't stop them and survivors struggle with making it out alive.

Rainbow Dash is one of these survivors, and it is up to her and her ragtag group to try and turn back the tide of war.

Takes place in an alternate universe where princess Platinum, commander Hurricane and chancellor Puddinghead begrudgingly works together in threat of annihilation by the windigos to form Equestria without their advisor's intervention. However, not everything is sunshine and rainbows, as the desperate union continues to be plagued by ethnic strife between the three tribes, and constant border raids/skirmishes from their new neighbours begin to breed a culture of mistrust and paranoia.

One such raiders were the 'savage' eastern griffons; whose origins were hidden by the impassable eastern mountain ranges which cut the Equus continent into two. Wild tales and speculations came out of the mysterious eastern lands, as even the coasts were lined with mountains; seemingly to protect its vast riches from outsiders. Little did they know, the eastern lands did not hold vast riches nor fertile lands, but was a chaotic and violent collection of warlords, counties, dukedoms and kingdoms; all fighting for so long to the point that their original casus belli had been lost or forgotten due to time.

There was no creature in Equestria who could stabilise the isolated region; many griffons having fallen attempting to unite the vast lands. Luckily, the next ones wouldn't be Equestrian. (Yeah, you know where this is going)

Enter Bismarck and Mauser; the former having been forced into retirement by the boisterous Kaiser Wilhelm II, and the latter continuing to refine his rifle designs, and eventually witnessing his Gewehr 98 becoming the standard issued German rifle. The latter was a realist and an extremely gifted statesman; whilst the former was an inventor whose name would label the infamous "Mauser" small-arms company.

Can they unite the fractured eastern lands? Can they create a unifying identity to rally the apethtic citizenry? Can they fix the agricultural and economic strife? Can they turn their divided lands into a unified superpower? Of course they can.

Disclaimer: First time writing. Writing on a phone. Harsh criticism is fine, just don't be unreasonable. Historical accuracy is thrown out the window to fit the narrative. Realism is also thrown out the window (goodbye immersion). Totally not a Gary Stu story with all the modern weapons (pretty much just a 'civilised' vs 'uncivilised' situation). The pony civilisation is not a fairy tale utopia. Lots of death. Research_all and add_equipment are used liberally. Here it is, since early 2014, it's finally been set free. Honestly, this story is... something important to me, something cathartic if you will, something I needed to get done, something that I should have gotten done years ago but let my own problems with self loathing and just general disregard for shit get in the way. Regardless... here it is, I hope you all enjoy.

The year is 2047, and the future war between humanity and the machines rages on. But in one of Skynet's Terminator production factories, there is a skirmish between three t-600 units and resistance soldiers, Lyra, and Bon-Bon.

But due to faulty ai, when one of the T-600's is hit, it continues shooting as bullets ricochet all over the place, even though all three soldiers are taken out. One of the bullets hits two T-X containment chambers, prematurely activating the T-X's before the Skynet downloading Process was completed.

Both T-X's, now in human like tissue, awaken with no memory of anything at all. But when they run into resistance soldier, Flash Sentry, The two terminators may turn the tide to humanities favor.

To be Orsus is to be a protector of life, the last wall between civilization and extinction such that civilisation may be brought back from the brink. But when one Orsus sees the purple pony waiting patiently outside her door, she's faced with a different choice, a third option. What will she choose?

Two years have passed since the defeat of the Equestrian Magical Regime. Twilight is imprisoned in Tartatus along with her followers and Celestia is struggling to put Equestria back together. But when the Storm King and the villanous First Order appear on the scene, will she be able to swallow her pride and join forces with her former student and friend in order to save Equestria? Is there redemption to fallen tyrants? And how does a lone, orphaned unicorn named Luster Dawn come into the picture?

An unknown force is lurking in the shadows of the city of Canterlot, granting it's residents supernatural powers. These powers are like nothing Sunset Shimmer and her friends have ever seen before as they use a bizarre type of magic, simply know as a "Stand".

The only way to fight these magical apparitions is by obtaining one of your own. The girls must find and learn how to use these Stand powers in order to defend themselves and their home, but just who is responsible for the sudden appearance of these powers and for what purpose?

Jacob Irving is not your average human. He's not popular, impoverished, and devoid of purpose. Seeking an escape from his life, he stumbles upon a hole that unexpectedly transports him to Equestria. Since he no longer calls himself Jacob Irving, he calls himself by a name he used to go by.

The story is set in an alternate universe where Luna doesn't become Nightmare moon. Instead, Celestia is the one that is jealous and she turns into Day Breaker. Luna easily defeats her and the prophecy of Day breakers return is still the same but this time, she was banished to the sun and doesn't burn since she is the essence of fire. The events afterwards plays the same except that Cadance and Shining armor had Flurry Heart early and Queen chrysalis was defeated by Cadance very easily, Luna becomes Twilights teacher and master, Zecora was well respected instead of being feared from the start, Flurry heart mastered her powers, and Starlight Glimmer got her Cutie Mark alongside with Sunburst.

Day Breaker wasn't defeated by the elements and turned back into Celestia, she retreated and started to plot. She orchestrated a disaster that took away spike's life and unhinged Twilight to insanity. Daybreaker takes advantage of this to use her as her pawn. Zecora forms a resistance to stop Day Breaker and Twilight. Will they win?

Though it has been weeks since the Elements of Harmony have purged Nightmare Moon from her, Luna is wracked by guilt and depression. Though the Elements purged the nightmare, they cannot purge the feelings of guilt and self-loathing, nor can they heal the scars wrought by jealously, anger, rage and madness. Though everypony forgave her, Luna cannot forgive herself and seeks penance through suffering.

My thought process on this follows, I tried to put myself in Luna's figurative shoes when coming up with this story and how would I cope.
The inspiration for this story come from the songs Hurt by Nine Inch Nails, Long Hard Road Out Of Hell by Marilyn Manson and my own personal struggles with mental illness and self harm.
