Applejacks parents never had time to play with her as a filly so she ended up spending a lot of time by herself. As a result she starts playing games with her imaginary friend "Mr. Tall."

"To the East of Ponyville lies the Everfree Forest, to the South, Sweet Apple Acres, and the North, Canterlot. However, no matter what map you read, nothing seems to exist in the West. Many ponies have tried to map this area, but few ever returned, and those who have returned were never the same as when they left."

This just screams "Cutie Mark Crusaders Adventure" doesn't it? (Since there's no "horror" category, I'm telling you right now that this [might] fit under that category if it existed.)

Something evil has found Ponyville. The town's children are disappearing, each disappearance preceded by a dream of an impossibly thin stallion.

When somepony she loves is the next to vanish, one young farmer must venture into the forest to find her. Once there, she will encounter an ancient force. It is powerful. It is terrifying.

An encounter with a spiky haired, brown coated stallion brings in a dark creature from another world, leaving Twilight to figure out the mystery of the tall, suited pony.

The Sangheili are a saurian species of fierce, proud, strong, agile, intelligent warriors and skilled combat tacticians. They are named after their home planet, Sanghelios, and are known to Humans as Elites, due to their adeptness and skill in combat. The Sangheili formed the military backbone of the Covenant for almost the entirety of its existence, they fear very little, and take great pride in an ancient, honor-laden code.

However, this group of Spec Ops Elites, Grunt, and Kig-Yar have crashed landed in Equestria by way of a slipspace drive being detonated in the middle of the ship they were heading to, the 'Glory Upon Salvation'.

Now they have to find a way off the planet and back into space so they can continue their journey to the Blessed Path... by dropping hot plasma on human worlds.
But will they want to, when something they revere tells them otherwise?

A Spartan of the UNSC falls into Equestria and has various shenanigans in the land. First chapters revolve around how he meets the royalty, the mane six, and the new world in general.

The Doctor's adventures in Equestria continue in this second installment of the Doctor Whooves Series.

His nature as a Time Lord revealed to Twilight's friends, the Doctor prepares for his first jaunt into Equis' history with Rainbow Dash when Applejack informs him of something mysterious she saw as a filly. Intrigued, the Doctor and Twilight, accompanied by Applejack and Rainbow Dash, travel 3000 years into the past to visit Ancient Roan during the Reneighssance Period.

Upon arriving, the ponies are beside themselves with wonder as they explore a place they once thought existed only in history books. They even get to meet a living legend in the form of Leonard DiHoovsie: the famous inventor, thinker, painter, and philosopher. But not everything is at it seems, and something disturbing is happening just under the surface of Roan's exquisite architecture. With strange rumors abound, and a string of unexplained and unsolved disappearances plaguing the historic city, the Doctor's companions are about to discover that some things are left out of the history books for a reason.

"Game of Stones" is the second episode of the Doctor Whooves Series and the fourth of the expanded "Number 12" continuity begun by the inspirational Squeak-anon.

It is strongly recommended to read the following fics here on FIMFiction before proceeding with "Game of Stones."

Sequel to Pinkie Pie Meets the Pyro. I suggest you read it, if you haven't already. Imagine watching Rocky IV without watching Rocky III, it's possible, but the story isn't satisfactory and Cthulhu will hunt you down and claim your soul if you do.

July 22, 2013 Update: Total rework of the chapters, the story is tighter, more coherent, and I would like to apologize to the people who read it before this update. I reread all of it and saw so many obvious mistakes, really shoddy work, again sorry about it, I won't let it happen again.

After a mishap in a magic duel, the ponies are transported to the Team Fortress universe. They'll take the classes places while The Engineer tries to find a way to get them home.
