This story is a sequel to Sisters

What is Pink and curly, smiles a lot and talks almost as much? Pinkie Pie, of course. In all of Equestria, there is only ONE Pinkie. But who would have thought that something as simple as Princess Twilight traversing the Portal to get her crown back -- that THIS would un-earth ANOTHER Pinkie? This account is a look at the life and character of Pinkie Pie, on both sides of the Portal.

"Everyone is a moon, and has a dark side which he never shows to anybody."—Mark Twain

Alan Williams Goldenhoof, Pendragon of Equestria, now married to the love of his life, has taken a step back from the world to enjoy life.

Of course, this is quickly ruined as the world comes to get him. Now Alan must leave behind his peaceful home in Equestria to face the rebel forces of his old enemy General Ironclaw. But all is not as it seems, for the General has a trick up his sleeve that will force Alan and his friends to face their darkest secrets.

This will get ugly.

"Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and others have greatness thrust upon them."—William Shakespeare.

This story is about the latter. Alan Williams, a man trying to take a peaceful camping trip, finds himself in Equestria. Forcing to accept the idea that the show he has watched is not, in fact, fictional has taken a massive toll on his brain, torn as he is between the awesomeness of the situation as well as it's absurdity. What's worse, it seems he is not the first human to be teleported to Equestria, and now he has some big shoes to fill.

Greatness follows.

[...]To those just finding this 'un, ya found genuine gem. Keep your heads inside the respective chapter-comments. Watch out for spoilers. Buckle your seatbelt, fillies and gentlecolts. It's gonna be a wild ride.--Runcible Spoon

Alternate take on Season 5 premiere:

What if the Mane Six followed Starlight into the cave? What if they caught her instead of letting her get away? What if there was also a human living back in Ponyville who had trouble making friends?

This story is an "adopted" story of my friend TheHardie-Boy's story of "Caught and Punished", and that story was inspired by Slave Starlight written by titanictime2

The prologue and chapters 1-4 are from TheHardie-Boy's version, but with some minor edits. Chapter 5 and the chapters afterward are completely written by me. Despite the "Sad" tag, this isn't going to be a downer story and it will have a number of light-hearted moments. There will still be some sad moments, of course.

Special thanks to TheHardie-Boy for giving suggestions to the story and proofreading the prologue, chapters 1, 2, 8, 11, 12, and 32, and flutterJackdash for editing chapters 3 and 5.

Legends speak of a powerful Demon who reigned over all the land. With his mighty sword, he crushed all opposition with despair. Only through the power of the Essences of Concord was the Demon able to be defeated.

A thousand years later, the Demon shows signs of reawakening. As the Humans, Elves, and Dwarves join together in an alliance to fight the Demon's armies, six young heroes have been chosen to recollect the Essences of Concord and seal the Demon once more.

Meanwhile, a draconequus naps and two sisters play.

An alternative to HiE stories. Midnight, a 14th century knight's steed and veteran of numerous battles during the hundred years war, faces her demise during one such engagement only to find that fate has other plans in store; including a chance to start anew in another world. But can a mare who knows nothing but conflict adapt to a land ruled by peaceful pastel-coloured ponies, or will it prove too much?

Warning: contains brief scenes of descriptive violence; especially in earlier chapters. Not enough to warrant an M rating, I think, but hopefully the mods will let me know if I'm wrong.

For nearly one thousand years, the ponies of Equestria had a legend. A legend of a creature who resided in the abandoned Castle of the Two Sisters. An immortal being, one who had near omnipotent powers, but who only appeared in the Castle and its grounds at night, unable to leave. Ponies were wary of the creature, who was only known by the name Djinn, a Saddle Arabian name for a creature who could grant wishes to anypony who was brave enough to approach. This Djinn was unlike any creature known to the world, mostly because nopony who’d ever ventured to the Castle to ask for a wish never could remember what it looked like.

After a death in Ponyville of one mare who attempted to have her wish granted, Princess Celestia herself intervenes and visits her old castle to meet with the Djinn in pony, but is confused by what she finds...

The concept behind this was pitched to me by yakopak.

Sequel to The Everlasting Drawback of Immortality.

Celestia and Aren were travelling through the multiverse for 1,500 years now, and Celestia was finally able to learn the travel-spell. Being absolutely happy that she can see her home and her sister again, she went alone to Equestria. But she quickly learned that this is not the Equestria she remembered.

Ponyville is made out of strange red goo, and the streets seem to be made out of black sludge. On top of that, strange insectoids walk around the planet. There was only one question in Celestia's mind.

Where are the ponies?

---

I strongly advise you to read the prequel to this story. It is possible to read this without having read the first story, but expect Celestia to be a bit OOC. Her personality changed over my first story, and if you haven't witnessed this, you might think she's OOC. You will also be confused at some points, because I won't explain everything from the first story again.
