Twilight Sparkle, a ward of the crown ever since she accidentally turned her parents into plants, is dispatched by Queen Celestia to the small hamlet of Ponyville; the Unicorn has expressed fear that an eldritch Alicorn of the past will arise there. And when Twilight Sparkle fails to defeat the fiendish NightMare Moon in the two Queens' former palace of Concordia Arbos, the planet is plunged into night on one side and day on the other. With only shards of rock to her name and a band of ponies at her side, she sallies forth to bring back the Sun. She will traverse field and mountain, desert and labyrinth if she needs to. With their battles across time itself drawing to a close, Twilight finally seems to be getting through to her nemesis, Starlight Glimmer. But is it possible to reason with a pony so deeply convinced of their own philosophy that they cannot see true friendship? And if not, what must she do to make sure that such a danger never threatens Equestria again?

So, that season finale eh? I'll be honest, it probably would have worked better if the pace in part 2 hadn't been rushed so hard it went full blitzkrieg. This is just my own short idea of what could have gone down, while also tying it in to the events of the Quickverse. Hope you don't mind it!

An alternative ending to the season 5 finale.

Starlight Glimmer destroys the time scroll that allows Twilight to return to Cloudsdale. With the sonic rainboom stopped, her plan has succeeded, and this time, Twilight can't come back to try and stop her again. She thinks it's over, but when Twilight pulls her into the present, Starlight finally sees what her actions have done.

Cozy glow has turned evil! Or has she?
After Equestria started losing its magic, Twilight Sparkle and co. have left to find the culprit, leaving her school undefended. Then Cozy Glow mysteriously became Head Mare after Starlight Glimmer disappeared! Something is definitely up with that filly. But they can't help but wonder if something else is at hoof in the school of friendship.

"We were so used to them wreaking havoc and walking away from the most ridiculous wreckages that it was easy to forget they weren't invincible. Fate was a cruel mistress to take one of them from us at such a young age...

I was fortunate, but somepony close to me was not. It was hard for me to imagine the loss she felt. It was so difficult. I wish there was more I could have done to comfort her, but my attention was focused elsewhere. Sweetie Belle lost one of her closest friends and she needed me to guide her through the grief and chase away the occasional nightmare. I devoted so much of my time to her that I dared not acknowledge the plague of strange happenings that fell upon Ponyville soon after the accident.

This story is a sequel to Anon-A-Miss: Friendship is Home

Scootaloo was in hell for months before Anon-A-Miss was born. Her father Speedy Bullet went to war against Discord's Armed Forces. Scootaloo only had her mother Ember Light. She couldn't do much for her beloved child. Then there was Rainbow Dash. Scootaloo enjoyed Rainbow's company but soon fell apart when Sunset Shimmer came and took her all away. Then Anon-A-Miss came and seemed promising enough to get Rainbow Dash back. Soon she realized that her Anon-A-Miss wasn't the right move even tho she went forth to stretch the truth about Sunset Shimmer. Anon-A-Miss got out of control and chaos spread in the school like a wildfire. After Anon-A-Miss was caught and deactivated, some students decided to punish Scootaloo themselves. They went too by burning down her house along with killing her mother Ember Light. Scootaloo became an orphan. After the ones that were caught killing Ember Light, Scootaloo saw that her friends Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom smiling and happy that Diamond Tiara, their tormentor caught in the act of murder. She knew right then and there that they were not her friends so she dropped them in pain. After all, that seems lost, a new family adopted her. Commander Sombra and his wife, Radiant Hope took Scootaloo home and transferred her to a military school.

Now that everything is summarized a little, Scootaloo will be meeting new friends and see some familiar faces along the way. Her new life begins now and something else will make its way.

This is a sequel towards the final chapter of the EQG side of Anon-A-Miss: Friendship is Home.
