Captain Rainbow Dash is in BIG trouble. 13 years ago she made a deal with the ghostly Dragon Ruler of The Ocean Depths Spike Jones to raise the Black Pearl from the depths. Now her time is up and so she must now serve on Jones' crew or be sent to Spike Jones' Locker, courtesy of the kraken. The only way out is for her to seize the fabled Dead Stalliion's Chest and use it as leverage against Spike. Meanwhile, relcutant swashbuckler Shining Armor and his fiancee Cadence Mi Amore face a death sentence for freeing Rainbow a year earlier unless Shining Armor can find Rainbow and convince her to return to Port Royal. Of course, I'm open to ideas. In fact, for my future On Stranger Tides ponyfication, wendigos replace mermaids. Also, since Rainbow Dash and Cadnece are both mares, I'll have to do a bit of reworking of a couple scenes between the two of them anyways. Plus, I think the whole "I got a Jar of Dirt" thing would be perfect for Rainbow's character.
Well you have excellent grammar, nothing to report there, except it's Zecora with a C not K, but that's all. I'd also slow the pace down quite a bit and yes I also advise more detail in the future.
Well now, this is interesting. It's a little derivative, but still a fun idea. You should definitely keep writing as you find your stride.
The scenes are a bit rough and rushed, could use slower pacing and more description. Also, your reliance on the source material - as well as the fact that you're not starting with the first movie - means that anyone who hasn't seen the movies will have difficulty understanding what's going on. You should definitely write what you're inspired to do, but this might alienate some readers. Still, it could work out pretty well.
Dash as Jack Sparrow (with Applejack as her straight-man) is an inspired choice and she plays the role well. But shouldn't the monkey be named 'Dash' since Barbossa originally named it after Jack Sparrow as an insult?

Hmmm..the pacing's better but you still need a bit of work in the detail department. E.G. Instead of writing

The bit with the black spot and the running went much too quickly, you could've adding in more dialogue and maybe a bit more description. Heck you could've made
into a couple paragraphs if you wanted.
"Hey! Lookie here!" Exclaimed a brown coated unicorn stallion, riding in a Saddle Arabian fishing boat, levitating Rainbow's hat up to him and trying it on. Suddenly, out of nowhere, the boat jerked to a sudden stop, staying impossibly still in the rough waters.
"Eh? Whats going on!?" Another stallion shouted, right before the boat was violently pulled underwater, leaving no trace of it ever being there.
What I want to know is who's Pinkie, Fluttershy, and Twilight... though I think I may already have a theory concerning Twiliy and Pinkie... I just want to know for confirmations sake!
Well there goes my theory for who Pinkie is (or was) in this story... But I did have a suspicion on Twilight being bootstrap.

Seems like you've found a good pace. Seems to be a bit too much like the movies though. I'd suggest creating your own plot for the most part. Its okay to borrow elements from the movies, but its more fun to do your own thing.
