Yes that’s right folks, yet another shamelessly self indulgent HiE fic. Ill try to put my own spin on it to keep it interesting.

Ten years after high school, the Rainbooms still hang out together, even to this day. Their days of fighting evil magic are long past.

However, when an old acquaintance shows up, on the run from a magically-enhanced mercenary group, the girls have to come together once more to save the world. But disconnected from their own magic, how will they accomplish this daunting quest?

They have cars. They have guns. And most importantly, they have each other.

Sunny Day doesn't take much seriously. As long as she makes a little money, spends time with her friends, and ends her evening with a cute pony she tends to be happy. The universe, however, seems to have other ideas as Sunny pushes to graduate from the prestigious School for Gifted Unicorns, understand her powerful magic, and start her life as an adult pony.

However, just like in the old days, the mages still were a minority amongst unicorns - far from everyone was interested in studying for years or decades to become one, after all. Another holdover from the old days were the mage tournaments - a bit less fierce than the ones in the days of yore, but still enthusiastically participated in by proud unicorns wanting to show off their skills.

However, one day, the ancient traditions are shattered when a pegasus enters a mage tournament. And not only is he capable of holding his own, much to everyone's surprise, he even becomes the champion...

Being a unicorn pony, a high school student, a magical girl that fights with the power of friendship, and an artist, Sunset Shimmer thought she was ready for anything the world could throw at her.

What she never expected was to be called by the principal, saying that her mother was looking for her.

After hanging out with her best friends, Twilight was heading home through the neighborhood, enjoying her day. When she noticed a huge crowd gathering around in one place, Twilight was curious until she spotted a certain magician from her school, performing her street magic in front of the crowd. What really got Twilight's attention was that her dog, Spike, was strapped in some kind a box and was about to be cut in half by Trixie. After saving Spike with her own magic, Twilight decided she have a bone to pick with the self-proclaimed magician.

As such, the Mane Six find no choice but to venture to the infernal prison, and see for themselves. And if he IS there, perhaps they can obtain answers as to why Equestrian Magic is vanishing. When they DO find him, they may end up finding a dreadful surprise in store for them: one of them being the devious appearance of their originally aged foe.

And in the end, they might find themselves paying a great price for the safety of their world.

Daniel is a normal guy, he takes lessons of archery after school, go home and repeats. But one day of winter, he suddenly appears in a world of overcolored magical talking mini horses. He now must learn their culture and fit in, because there's nothing else he can do.
