A month after defeating Shadow and his Negative Ten, Flash is still getting used to his new Ultimatrix. Other than that, things seem to be going well. At least until a hole opens in the sky.

Just when Flash thought he could take it easy, he finds himself meeting another teen with an alien watch. And as threats from old enemies make themselves known, the two must come together in order to save their worlds.

It's the battle of the millennium, with everything they love on the line.

Abilities that seemingly shouldn’t be possible, and sudden appearances and disappearances that seem to go even beyond moving across the known multiverse. Curious, Sunset tries to find answers, only to be met with an enigma as vexing as life itself.

But there's one impending disaster that won't be familiar to any onlookers. In this world, ponies age at roughly twice the rate of humans until they turn ten. Little Dinky Doo is seven going on sixteen.

The first impulse of any planeswalker is to run away from the problem. That doesn't work when the problem is her daughter.

Set throughout Equestrian probability space, each of these stories was inspired by two cards chosen through Gatherer's Random Card function. Characters and genres will vary as a result. Knowledge of card games isn't necessary for most chapters; the table of contents will call out the full crossovers.

Some of the Bearers of Harmony were born in Ponyville. Some moved there. Twilight Sparkle was the last to arrive, uniting five unlikely mares into a team of heroes who would define an age.

Emphasis on "uniting." The relationships between the other Bearers before that Summer Sun Celebration ranged from "childhood friends" to "might be able to pick each other out of a police lineup." And yet, fate had its ways of preparing for what was to come. Some more subtle than others.

This is a crossover with Star Trek, taking place in late 2269 of the Prime timeline, during the fourth year of the five-year mission of the original television series. It's not a crossover with the movies made by J.J. Abrams. It is mid-season five or so for Friendship is Magic. it is my humble offering for the fiftieth anniversary of Star Trek, which debuted September 8, 1966.
