This story is a sequel to The Omnitrix Hero
A month after defeating Shadow and his Negative Ten, Flash is still getting used to his new Ultimatrix. Other than that, things seem to be going well. At least until a hole opens in the sky.
Just when Flash thought he could take it easy, he finds himself meeting another teen with an alien watch. And as threats from old enemies make themselves known, the two must come together in order to save their worlds.
It's the battle of the millennium, with everything they love on the line.

Now Ben 10 prime is captured by Eon and the Vilgax of Flash Universe who survived and is out to get him.

He did use them though? After that situation Azmuth fixed that problem and was able to go ultimate with no problems for the remaining of the ultimate alien series until he got the true complete omnitrix

You know, I remember Paradox once telling the trio and future Ben of other worlds, like a world where Gwen found the Omnitrix instead of Ben. I wonder, if he snaps out of it, will he react when he finds out someone else wields the Ultimatrix, and that seven magical girls that fight alongside him.

What a way to start this series back up! Flash is just as great of a hero as ever, even if he hasn't used his Ultimate Forms in the past month. But now he's about to meet the prime version of Ben 10 from the canon series! Now it's a true crossover instead of just a Fusion Fic.
Plus, we have a multiversal villain team-up between Eon and Flash's Vilgax. I almost expect Eon to be a bit more hesitant about working with Vilgax again, considering what happened to him last time he teamed up with him in "And Then There Were None". But we'll see how that goes. We knew that Vilgax survived the bomb Flash strapped him to, but he clearly isn't doing so good with his new mechanical body.
Plus, the ending of Flash seeing the controlled Ben as Humungousaur reminds me of the Ben 10/Generator Rex team-up.
This scene is just as cool as Bumblebee's entrance in Rise of the Beasts, both of them diving in to save the day

Maybe so, but we can't know for sure that its either Albedo or if Eon and Vilgax were able to brainwash Ben into doing their dirty work.
I hope Flash encounters some OV villains like Malware, Dr. Psychobos, Khyber & his hunter dog with the Nemetrix. Only they're from his universe.
I would like for Flash to obtain more classic aliens like Armodrillo, Atomix, Gravattack, Rath, Waterhazard, Humungousaur, Blitzwolfer, Snare-oh, Lodestar, Ditto, Nanomech, & Alien X.

The team-up has officially begun! Ben and Flash got along much quicker than Ben and Rex did in a similar situation. I liked watching them bond as they share alien names, how long they have been heroes for, and how quickly Flash has progressed compared to Ben and their other counterparts.

I can see Ben and Flash reacting to different aliens they got the way Ben did to Ben 10.000
so the main plot is to destroy Flash but Also use his friends to get the ship free
with how powerful Vilgax is i think would be a good idea if Ben helped Flash unlock atomix the way Azmuth helped him
wonder how Azmuth will take it when he learns Albedo not only alive in Ben's universe but also one of his worst enemies.
