WRITTEN BEFORE SEASON 5!!!
Without altering anything canon up to season 4 (though the movies are kind of skipped over, sorry), I manage to completely rewrite everything that happened. No, seriously. And it all started based off of Discord's photo-bomb in Fluttershy's window during the season 4 theme.

What if, rather than leaving with Celestia after he was reformed, Discord ended up staying at Fluttershy's house, unknown to any of the other ponies? Chaos ensues. (Pun intended. )

Fluttershy has reformed Discord... or so she thought. Discord has a growing need to spread chaos, and no one knows why. He would never do this to his friends, especially Fluttershy, after the whole Tirek incident. Would he? Until someone finds out and a way to stop him, Fluttershy must learn the ways of chaos as his student.

Angelo, Eris and the twins, Bright Skies and Cotton Chaos, are the children of Discord and Fluttershy. When teenage drama, bullying and sibling rivalry come in as well...... many things happen. (Like it says in the title, its a secret)

After Fluttershy reforms Discord, She can finally relax again. Little does she know that He is not truly reformed and has a plan in store for her.

After the defeat of Tirek, Fluttershy and Discord are repairing their friendship and possibly taking their relationship to the next level. However not everyone is willing to accept Discord after his betrayal and want him to be returned to stone.

Fluttershy was Discord's first friend in his entire life. When nopony else was willing to give him a chance, she was determined to find the good inside him, the good even he doubted was there, and she found it. She awoke him to goodness, and taught the embodiment of Chaos what it meant to live in Harmony. But such lessons don't happen in a single day. Some take a lifetime.

Over time, both began to realize it was more than that. Discord was always coming back to see Fluttershy, spending time with her more than anyone else. It was obvious that, before long, something special would brew.

But things aren't as simple as either might wish. One is Harmony, the Element of Kindness. The other is the Spirit of Chaos. Can they make what they have work? Or will the difference in their natures be too drastic?

Discord's suffering from night terrors and its happening more and more to the point it affects his health Fluttershy tries to help but she cant do it alone. will the mane six be able to help Fluttershy's newest friend or will he be lost to the nightmares forever?
