Peace has returned to Canterlot High School and nobody fears Sunset Shimmer since the Battle of The Bands, but a new threat know as Decepticons, lead by Megatron, wants to conquer Earth and the rest of the Universe. Now Twilight Sparkle and the Rainbooms must join with Optimus Prime and the Autobots in their galatic civil war that last eons. Will the heroic Autobots prevail and bring peace to the Universe or will the evil Decepticons win this war and conquer Humankind?

It has been a few months since Megatron's defeat by Sunset Shimmer in Crown City. Now that everything is in peace , and the Friendship Games is over with, the Mane 7 are about to go on an epic quest to save their school when a new Decepticon arrives on Earth and takes the students and staff of Canterlot High hostage. Even worse, the Dazzlings returned, and Megatron gets reincarnated into Galvatron by Midnight Sparkle. Will they be able to defeat the Decepticons and save CHS, or will the fate of Equestria and the Earth fall into Galvatron's servos?

Takes place shortly after Friendship Games and takes place 8 months after the events of RedFire's
Transformers Equestria Girls fanfic.

Seventeen years ago, the human Sunset Shimmer was born into the world. But the first eight years of her life was not the same as most of her classmates. Nine months a year, school was her only get away from her adoptive mother Hydia and sisters Reeka and Draggle. But that began to change when a new family moved into town. Having made an anti bullying group at school, Sunset and Flash take him and four others under their wing. Slowly and surely, Sunset will realize that friends can be more than just friends.

Takes place in the New Timeline over a span of 17 years before the events of the New Timeline's Equestria Girls as an alternate version to "Other Voices."

When Soundwave detects energy coming from Canterlot High School, Megatron decides to assault the school in order to get the energy coming from the Dazzlings and the Rainbooms. While the Decepticons make camp on the school grounds, intending to get every last bit of Equestrian magic for themselves, Thrust finds himself falling in love with Sonata Dusk, much to the amusement of his teammates, Ramjet and Dirge. Only time will tell if Sonata will return his feelings...

Set in the G1 Transformers universe.

The Beast Wars are over, Megatron the rogue Predacon leader has been captured, and now the Maximals are heading home to Cybertron. That is until the transwarp drive rebels and threatens to destroy the Maximals.
Now their salvation lies with six rather familiar denizens of another world, but is saving the Maximals really in the best interest of Equestria?

The Civil War is over. The Autobots and Decepticons have been destroyed. Peace…is finally present in the magical land of ponies. Over a year later, while enjoying a night out with Spike, Princess Twilight Sparkle encounters an old friend deep within the Everfree Forest.

This was the worst mistake the Princess of Friendship ever made.

What follows next will lead our six friends into a new type of conflict they never thought existed, evils they never dreamt possible, and a battle…for their very lives.

The two princesses and the Mane Six must use the Elements of Harmony to banish the darkness once and for all. Meanwhile, on Prehistoric Earth an alien artifact identical to the Moonstone falls into Predacon hands. What does this mean? And what will happen when a rift in space is opened between the two stones, pulling the Transformers into the strange, new world of Equestria?

Twilight Sparkle finds an ancient star chart which shows the location of another world, Earth, as well as a powerful teleportation spell capable of interstellar travel. Princess Celestia allows Twilight to go to the other world for exploration. However, due to the Changeling invasion during the royal wedding, the negative energies it produced also frees Discord from his stone prison, who also decides that Earth should be his new playground. Meanwhile the Autobots continue to defend Earth from Megatron, and his Decepticons; ignorant that a new player is about to release chaos upon the world. And Megatron is not about to let another would-be conqueror steal his prize. Equestria also has it's problems when Queen Chrysalis returns to Canterlot, bent on usurping Celestia and Luna.
