When Rainbow Dash finds herself lost in a new and unfamiliar village, she reaches out to a certain lavender-hued stranger for help. But to Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash is no stranger; at least until she notice her strange new voice, a lack of wings, and a fondness of the word ‘darling’. Intrigued by the uncanny looks to one of her best friends, she decides to lend the newcomer a helping hoof, but things go from weird to weirder when Pinkie Pie happily announces that she too has met her lookalike. Twilight Sparkle and her friends take it upon themselves to find out the truth behind this mystery: who are these doppelgangers? Could there really be another Ponyville out there? A year has passed since Joyous Blossom confessed to double murder and was sentenced to psychiatric treatment and life imprisonment. Following the removal of her horn, Blossom has slowly given into madness, with her hallucinations having completely taken over her mind. While most have given up, only Sweetie Belle, her mother, continues to hold hope that her daughter can be saved. But as she slowly begins to see the reality that her daughter is lost, Sweetie will have to do what she can to save her daughter.

An AU story based on Broken Blossom written by BronyWriter, whose permission I have to write this. This follows under the idea that Blossom agrees to live, but her horn is taken away at the start, thus preventing the actions she takes in The Word Is Fear, yet increasing her ever growing insanity.

Joyous Blossom, the unicorn daughter of Sweetie Belle, is spared from death by Princess Celestia, and is instead given therapy to deal with her problems. What they don't know is that she is far beyond therapy, and she becomes more dangerous than anypony thought possible.

Now it is a race to prevent her from becoming her aunt, a task that is no easy feat. For Blossom is literally built to be the deadliest serial killer that Equestria has ever known.
